A-one week yoga retreat has finished. I am humble to be able to share this precious 1 week together, with a full 5 hours of complete yoga practice every day, and the visits, as we immersed with the energy of the island and We witnessed the beauty and the magic of Bali. I hope that everyone enjoyed it as much as I did. I can not thank you enough for having this opportunity, Namasté and so much LOVE to you all ❤️💚💜
In my stories today I posted three pictures on perspective and I’d like to talk to you about it.
Last week I went searching for a cool location for a client, as I usually do before shoots, to gain inspiration for my creative spirit.
I couldn’t find anything that quite fit my taste and brand and I was a little disappointed. Then right before I was about to leave something in my head said have one last look. So I took out my camera and started shooting and then it hit me! It’s all about perspective! You can approach a scene with your camera from one angle and get one kind of shot. But you can sure as heck turn that lens around many different ways and find different creative angles and ‘perspectives’ as I like to call them to paint a complete different picture! That is how I approach my creative spirit but also, LIFE! -
It’s easier said than done, trust me dear, I’ve BEEN THERE! Some realities suck, stink in fact... but darling, have you considered turning the lens Getting a different perspective Approaching the subject from a different angle You will be AMAZED at what you find when you open your eyes, ears, and mind to it! Turn that lens around because your life depends on it!

It’s scientific proven that our neurons and synapses prefer to do ways that they’ve been travelling down many times before.
It’s those things we do without thinking about them. The same we need to achieve with self-love and confidence, we need to rewire our brains from ‘I’m not enough’ to ‘I am incredible’!
Once we have gotten our brain to get used to those thoughts, it’ll be just as easy as calculating 1+ 1. 💁🏽♀️
Hey yall!, I only did 2 rounds of blogilates PIIT workout on her youtube Channel.
I'm planning on going to pilates tonight so I didn't want to do too much. I needed this to get my heart pumping and wake the heck up. I got stuff to do today dang it. Lol
watching this I can tell that my alignment needs a lot of work. I can see during the side lunges I ended up correcting myself because I could feel my knee was extending too far over my ankle. Same with the plie hops. I was also slouching. 😂 You know what though.. That's why I record myself sometimes to see where I'm at. And then with the roll over to standing up I needed a little warm up before I could actually jump up to standing. Hahaha the second round was much better.
I'm thinking maybe someday I should become PIIT28 certified 🤔😉💜🔥
Don't ever let anybody dictate the way you live. Live for you and nobody else.
Your happiness is never anybody else's responsibility but your own.
So make sure you are doing things you love and always making sure you are doing some sort of self care.
It's not being selfish. Its giving yourself love and keeping you happy.
Your happiness is just as important as anybody else's
