PERCEPTION.....the way in which something is regarded, understood, or interpreted.
It's not necessarily reality.
Although it's YOUR reality.
What you think of someone is your perception.
Based upon the thoughts you have told yourself and the way you have interpreted them.
It doesn't mean that's truly who they are.
Only they know who you are.
My point is....we don't vibe with everyone.
We don't like everyone based upon the energy we receive and our perceptions.
It doesn't mean though that those people are any less than YOU.
My point is....if you don't vibe with someone, just let it go.
I see too many people worrying about what others are doing and creating stories in their head based upon their perceptions.
When you understand this.....you free yourself from wasted energy.
Instead just let it go...
“Self Care” is a such a trending term nowadays. It is often talked about like it just means bubble baths, facials, and trips to the spa. In reality, it is much more than that. What are you doing for self care these days
One year ago and 18 pounds down as of today. It’s no where near where I want to be, but sometimes you just have to Pause, Breath, then keep going I’m down, but recently I’ve just been stuck. I kind of fell off the bandwagon. I’ve only gained back 2 pounds, but it’s still 2 pounds in the wrong direction. So, recently I’ve been trying to get my head back in the right place, so I can really start making progress again. I’ve lost 40 pounds before so I know I can do it again.
1. Focus (2 lbs+ a week)
2. Surround myself with others on the same journey
3. Protect my environment
4. Track my food
5. Meal Prep on Sundays
6. Increase my activity level
7. Take my vitamins daily
8. Continue to work on the personal healing aspects
I’m not looking for a diet, I’m looking to make a lifestyle change!
