Fell in love with this street in Ha Noi but actually don’t remember the name and even did not know how to get there! Its a shame that you travel in your country but did not know where to go and did not remember the way back and always need a guidance 😂👍 Get back to the picture! Many people don’t like their smell and their taste but i love using all of them for my dishes in my restaurant. The strong taste and aromatic smell always make your food being unforgettable!

Đúng như tên @cheesecakengon luôn nè mà giá cả còn phải chăng nữa nha. Trong hình là Red Velvet Cheesecake (69k), Lime Meringue Cheesecake (59k) và trà sữa thái, trà đào (39k). Do mình thích chanh nên thích cái bánh chanh hơn nhen nhưng mà red velvet cg ngon lắm. Không gian quán khá nhỏ nhưng trắng trẻo sáng sủa và tiệm k đông nhen. Các món nước khá đơn giản nhưng vẫn ok.

Quite literally, the best salmon I've ever eaten... Ingredients:
3 wild salmon fillets
2 TBSP olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 of a fresh jalapeno (sliced, seeds removed)
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
Handful of cilantro (chopped)
Stick it all in a Ziploc bag, mix to coat the fish, squeeze the salmon fillets into place so they are in one layer, remove the air and drop in sous vide water bath at 110°f for 45 minutes. Serves with an avocado, squeeze of lime, and salt.
Holy God, it was incredible. The texture was like nothing I've ever eaten.
