If you’ve been following me closely you know that I’ve been channeling my creativity through exploring the concept of self love, growth, and transformation.
I initially started the project in hopes to pose conversation with other women about self esteem and the different experiences we go through in life that shape the way we view ourselves and the world. .
It just so happens that throughout the process, I’ve gained more knowledge about myself and have come to appreciate more the amount of work that goes into pushing yourself to grow. I’m learning through painting this mural that I’m able to express myself in a way that is freeing, both emotionally and spiritually.
There’s something to be said about working large and in a public space. People view the work but also experience it in a way that becomes more personal, especially when it’s a public space where they come everyday.
I’m grateful to be a part of the #onelifeproject. It’s amazing to be able to work with people who share the same vision on life, that it’s beauty is that it’s ever changing.
