Aber wer ist heutzutage schon perfekt 🤷🏼♀️ Man sieht auf Instagram immer alle perfekten Seiten eines „influencer“. Man muss sich nur in die perfekte Position stellen und den Filter aufs Foto machen und schon sieht alles so gut aus.. hier auch mal von meiner Seite eine Stelle, die nicht perfekt ist. Aber wen interessiert es Anfangs fand ich es richtig schlimm.. doch auch ich habe anfangen müssen, mich so zu lieben wie ich bin ❤️. Wenn euch keiner so liebt wie ihr euch liebt, hat die Person euch nicht verdient.

Truth! Many weeks have gone by since Ramadan and not a single day I’ve given to getting my body back in shape and now I’m on vacay and what better way to enjoy it than to EAT! Food for life! But in all honesty, I do have guilt for eating because I know I’m not doing justice to myself. I’m not taking care of myself as I should.
I can justify not working out because I’m on vacay but it’s not right because workout should be a part of my lifestyle is what I tell myself. Not something I do for a few weeks on and off, which is what’s been happening for the past many weeks 🙈 As I am writing this, I’m feeling motivation to get up instead of sleeping and to get that little bit of moving and sweating in!

Ich weiß noch zu gut wie schwer es mir gefallen ist in die Großstadt zu ziehen und wie oft ich geweint habe deshalb. Ich bin am Land, oder besser gesagt in der tiefsten Provinz groß geworden und könnte mir nie vorstellen nach Wien zu ziehen, aber meine Zukunftspläne haben es nicht anders zugelassen. Mittlerweile sind die Pläne andere, dennoch will ich umbedingt in Wien bleiben. Wer hätte das gedacht noch vor einem halben Jahr😅
Jetzt habe ich hier wunderbare Freunde gefunden und Menschen kennengelernt die das hier zu meinem Zuhause machen. Aber am aller wichtigsten ich hab mich auf die Stadt eingelassen und sie lieben gelernt ❤️

If you live in NY, you are probably feeling the frustration of the never ending rain and humidity. Bad hair day is an understatement. I wash and blow out my hair and as soon as I go outside it looks as if I was hit by lighting. I do use the Mirah Lustrous Hair Oil and it does help, but after walking the dog and walking 15 min to the office from Penn Station, nothing is full proof🥺. Who like me will do anything to keep the crazy fritz from exploding! This is my commuter look. The hat alone will not work. I need to sport the hoodie over the hat. Who can relate What do you do to keep your hair from looking like a rats nest

One of my biggest recommendations for being successful in tracking macronutrients is to use a food scale. When you start being honest with yourself and eating actual serving sizes you’ll be surprised.
I spent years being intimidated by a food scale because I didn’t realize how simple it is to use. It doesn’t require me to get extra dishes dirty.
I just simply set my dish on it and measure out each food or condiment as I add it to my plate. Before adding another food or condiment I zero out the scale again.
If you haven’t tried a food scale yet, it’s a great first step to improving your eating habits 💙
Have you also,like me and many others been skeptical about using tamponsWell guys this one is definitely an idea that will change your life(or atleast your periods issues)...Well to begin with I always felt that how gross it would be to insert a tampon inside when you are already so uncomfortable with your menstrual pain and yes to some extent I was right too but it’s all about just giving it a try and I assure you it will definitely change your periods game forever.As it completely fits inside your vagina,absorbs your discharged blood and grows in size there is no issue left of stains and ill fitting.Moreover it comes with different absorption limits just like our pad ie for heavy flow,light flow etc...Here I will suggest you to try out with small ones initially so that once you get used to it you are good to go.One more place where tampon scores above sanitary pads is that with pads you have to be very careful about your position while sleeping no matter how big or efficient your pad is but with tampons this problem is completely eliminates.You can dance around while sleeping(which I do a lot of times🤪) or sleep with your face towards the bed(quite a relief for menstrual pain)there is no chance of any stain😬😊. Now the question arises are the tampons to be removed while peeingNo my friend here you are saved again!!(you obviously know you pee from a different hole🙈🙉right)So while you pee let the tampon remain at its place.One personal tip -you can hold the string that dangles out of the tampon from the back side while peeing so that it doesn’t get even slightly wet. Tampons are easily available at all medical stores and online as well...a variety of tampons is available @mynykaa where you can choose according to your choice and need.. Happy periods to you😊😊.
