In return I am going to bless you with tons of great insight on self healing, living life and dating after sexual trauma. I’ve also included my personal ritual “Sacred Pearls; A Sexual Abuse Healing Ritual.” •
This ritual was created for those of us who have been sexually violated. The purpose of this ritual is to release the stuck and stagnant energy sexual abuse leaves behind and tune back into the power of your Sacred Pearl. •
There are many common reactions to sexual violence. Not all survivors of sexual violence are the same, nor will any act of sexual trauma affect two people in the same way. There is no wrong or right way to feel or react. •
As the body and mind process the devastation of sexual trauma, many different emotions, behaviors, and physical responses appear and disappear and may reappear. •
Long term reactions include coping mechanisms which may be beneficial and adaptive (social support), or counterproductive and maladaptive (self-harm, substance abuse, eating disorders). •
Disclaimer: This isn’t a substitute for medical advise. I suggest chatting with your doctor or mental health physician for proper medical care. •
Be gentle. Be kind. Be loving. Be compassionate. Be patient with yourself as you take this journey. •
You will need at least one hour of Sacred Space <ALONE TIME> to perform this intimate ritual. •
When we are able to create Sacred Space, face and release the past trauma we can thus let go of old beliefs and pain that no longer serve. •
As we heal, we learn patience with our deep rhythms. As we heal, we learn to take back our power and take action on our own behalf. This intimate guided healing ritual was created especially for you. •

The worst part is, sometimes you don't even realize it's happening. Then it hits you; there's been a lot of apologies, but the behaviour / action still happens.
Don't be hard on yourself for not seeing it right away. It's ok. We want to see the best in people, especially those we love, so we accept the apology and hope it will get better.

An apology without change.
