I always wonder “why do you believe what you believe Did you figure it out on your own Were you taught it Do you hold that belief based out of fear Did you do your own personal research and study Or did you accept what you were fed” These are all questions Ive asked myself for quite some time now and it keeps opening me up to new ideas, more solid foundations and deeper wisdom. Huge shout out to my main man Jesus on this Easter Sunday. Check out part one of my Jesus podcast. Click the link in bio. Have a beautiful Sunday night everyone 😀🔮👽🧙🏽♂️❤️🙏🏽 #easter #jesus #podcast #growth #spirit #mind #body #connection
RVING BRINGS MAGICAL EXPERIENCES!
Every time we set off on another journey in our RV, we always come across wonderful people and magical places. I love going around and connecting with other herbalists, Essentrics Instructors, like-minded spiritual people/teachers, or just other travelers, RVers or otherwise.
On this trip, I was blessed to meet Fayln @loverising_echossong and Brad of @plantspiritbotanicalcompany at herbal Essential oils shops in downtown Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
The conversations were so meaningful and they went from essential oils to herbs, crystals, dreams, astrology, Akashic Records, to cleansing and spiritual experiences.
Sometimes I feel I need to pinch myself to know that I am not dreaming. That the life I lead is that beautiful. Gratitude - I feel it fully and allow it to nourish me. It fills my cup to overflowing.
Do you ever feel this way

Every week in Restorative Meditation we take a moment of silence together to begin the class. This silence is a little step to share the space of unknown and unchartered, and to rest in vulnerability.⠀ ⠀
#MindfulMonday It can be said that there are two kinds of suffering. Perhaps ninety-five percent of the suffering we endure every day is not at all necessary. Because of our lack of insight, we cause suffering to ourselves and others, including our beloved ones. But the remaining five percent is born out of contact with the real suffering around us and inside of us. To be aware of this kind of suffering brings about compassion, the energy necessary to transform ourselves and help relieve the suffering of the world.
