Some of you may have heard of a 16yr old girl called @gretathunberg out here trying to change the world, encouraging others to do the same with her activist work for #climatechange as she is leading the next generation into being conscious of their decisions which effect the environment, something our generation didnt do as much.
What you may not know is that Greta is autistic.
So the next time some asshole tells you, "does your child really need that label", "I wouldnt be putting a label on your child at all", tell them jog on. Its funny how its always the people who have no clue about autism, who dont live with it 24/7, who saw one child having a meltdown in aisle 3 in Dunnes thinking they are an expert now always telling you what you or your family need to do. Not knowing the first thing families have to fight for day in day out and how our system requires a "label". How autism is a spectrum and how autistic people are out here changing thw world while they sit on their hole drinking tea and watching Eastenders. They wouldnt dare tell a mother of a disabled child, "jesus I dunno is that wheelchair going to hold him back", or a parent of a child with special needs "should you really be telling people that" .
Why is a physical or visually obvious need okay in their eyes but yet an invisible disability is something parents are told not to be quick to acknowledge What kind of message does that send our kids when our country is one of the highest in the World with depression and suicide Its these same hypocrites then that probably walk from darkness into light .
As an adult who has been also diagnosed with Aspergers recently, Im here to tell you, stop being a dick, think before you are quick to dole out your awful "advice" to parents who are now made to feel even shittier about their decisions because of your throwaway comments. Parents always struggle with choices, they dont need you adding to it.
The only label it seems, is the word asshole that should be stapled directly to your judgemental forehead 🖕

Have you ever looked at someone doing something strange and wondered "WTH.. who does that !" Well even in our simplest moment, we ALL carry judgements about everything and everyone around us.
There are some that have mastered the art of being completely non-judgemental and it takes great practice and skill! So much to say about this but just a few of my thoughts.. 👇👇 🗝️Everyone is entitled to thier own way of living, opinions, beliefs, interests etc &
Will be accountable for each choice they make in life. 🗝️What you give to the world, you get from the world. Simple. Remember that. They WILL reap what they sew.. Good or bad. 🗝️Successful people only focus on thier own life, behaviours and MOST importantly how to take care of those they love. 🗝️People don't have to:
like you.. take your advice..
Include you.. support you or.. love you.
👑Do all of the above for yourself!!👑 Practice Acceptance!!
TRY to notice the behaviours of others as neither good or bad. 😯😯😖🙄
One of those things that's easier said than done.

★ROUTINUE★ That's my ( @interstellarblend ) blends with espresso shot plus a lemon to bite into (blends are herbs and are bit bitter). I take them 4 times a day and that's it. YUP, no water, no tea, no nothing. 4 oz of liquid a day. SEMI DRY. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not into the whole hard dry fast (vs just dry fast) thing, first off, GROSS! second, there's no proven benefits one over the other. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I also once got a comment, from @fastingforweightloss.ca that dry fasting is NOT HEALTHY. Which I found extremely weird, because A. fasting already gets smack from so many sources, but fasting criticizing fasting B. saying it's not healthy and not giving a reason makes no sense, it makes it opinion … every one has one but I'm interested in science and research not opinions on the internets. I'm cool with everyone doing their thing; however they like, water fast, snake juice, dirty keto, paleo keto, high fat keto, high protein keto, carnivore - do you, but don't criticize others for doing THEM. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What dry fasting (and the blends) did for me; WEIGHT LOSS! FAST and AMAZING (not easy at times, but worth the effort & the blends with coffee shots HELP so much), clear glowing skin, clear mind & lots of energy, my skin condition is less visible. This is also my first week of doing HIIT every day, dry fasted! Although I'm sore, I have enough energy to work out, sweat out & build muscle. WHEN I EAT, I FEAST! On delish, healthy, real keto/low carb meals #ketoliving
So, please don't tell people that their efforts to be healthy IS NOT HEALTHY; don't tell people who lost weight that they are TOO SKINNY or sick looking or too muscular just like you don't tell your obese friends that they are too fat & sick looking or flobby - you would never dare right I see this every day on social media and find it so WRONG & WEIRD! I don't see how one is alright to do and not the other. #skinnyshaming #healthshaming #fasting #dryfast #mindyourownbusiness #doyou ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
