Week 4 day 3 of the #tdfitforlife FitMas challenge. May have woke up late but I still had time to complete my workout and make it to work on time ๐Ÿ˜‚ @tydanielsfit .

Lets talked about @uxosupplements . I've been taking the gym necessity pack for a little over a month so I've got a few suggestions!

7blend protein: cappuccino flavor. I've had this regular, with peanut butter powder (for extra protein), with coffee instead of water, hot/cold. I prefer this protein cold, 5oz water 5oz cold coffee with a serving of my pbfit peanut butter powder. However, it tastes great with just water, or with just the powder. Id avoid doing full coffee without water as it takes away from the creamy taste. I'm normally very sensitive to whey protein and it makes me bloat really badly but I have not had that issue with this so far!

Step up pre workout strawberry kiwi flavor. I've been using half a scoop with 2 scoops of the collegian powder. I've taken it with just the pre-work and honestly the difference is either strawberry kiwi or strawberry kiwi liquid jello flavor ๐Ÿ˜‚. I've worked out the kinks on when to take the pre-workout- highly suggest drinking DURING your warm up. .

BCAA- I have chronic dry mouth so I use a tad more water than they suggested because it still had a powdery texture for me.

Just another meal..
Takes more then one to get there, right? Muscle isn't just built in the gym.. Took me so long to figure that one out.โœŒ
Sunnyside up eggs, with parmesan grilled spinach, tomato and green onion.. High in protein and just what I needed last night. This was my dinner... After work, the gym and daycare I flew through Wendy's to get my 4 guys dinner.... I won't lie I stole one french fry before making this mess... Staying on track is HARD... Staying on track with food when you have temptation all around you is EVERYTHING.. Staying on track with exercise is hard when you are busy, but it has to happen.. I stopped saying I can't and making excuses a long time ago.. Happy Thursday, Friends. .

Forgot to post my workout yesterday! Started off completing my 12 Days of Fitmas challenge with @wchels @bouvier36 @myfitlife.julie Then completed @blogilates calendar workout, all about the abs! . . . . Not even close to being able to do what I used to do pre-baby. And i thought that since it took nine months to make the baby it magically took nine months to get everything to go back to normal (sarcasm). Society loves to tell that phrase to Post Partum women but the reality is Post Partum is not the same for everybody and the body takes a lot longer to recover from that nine months it took to create life. I had an uncomplicated vaginal delivery which should have made life so much easier right? Wrong I didnโ€™t count on dealing with pubic symphysis diastasis 10 months postpartum but I still am. Iโ€™m getting better every day but it doesnโ€™t go away overnight and any little thing that I can do better than I did yesterday makes me so happy

This afternoon I had 2 salespeople from an internet provider knock on my door. I was on the phone with my daughterโ€™s doctorโ€™s office & folding laundry. I peeked out the window, saw who it was & continued what I was doing. They knocked several times, rang my doorbell & waited for the longest time! โฃ โฃ I PROMISE YOU having an Arbonne business is nothing like that!!! Thank God! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Youโ€™ll never have to be like those guys!!

This first picture was taken when my kids were in daycare. Now one is in Grade 8 getting ready to graduate and move on to high school and my oldest is 16 and starting to gain his independence as he learns how to drive a car and become a responsible working man. 
It can be hard to get up every day and have these little people rely on you for everything. They depend on you to give your best. 
I know itโ€™s hard to feel like your world is so small, ever so consumed by these little people. โฃโฃโฃ
