I took this photo (and the last two photos I posted) a while back when there was a cyclone looming of the coast. I had just purchased my Canon DSLR 80D and had been eager to take it for a test drive. So, my best friend and I headed on a road trip down to Northern NSW. It was sun shining when we left but by the time, we got to Tweed Heads it was pouring and the rain only continued as we made our way to Byron. We made a few stops at random beaches along the way only to agree to come back up to Coolangatta, QLD due to the weather only getting worse. It was rainy, windy and it was only getting worse.
When we reached Coolangatta, the atmosphere was surreal. In one direction, clouds were dark, the waves were only getting bigger and in the other direction, the sun was shining. Still, the only people in the water were surfers with a handful of people watching on like myself armed with cameras.
I don’t know how I managed it, but this photo captured the day perfectly and will always be one of my favourite photos I have ever taken. Mother nature at her finest. Despite the gloom of the weather, even something so simple as a wave can be so beautiful. 🌊
Letting a part of your past behind might seems hard, but I realized that was has been was determined to be in order for you to be who you are today.
Peace guys ✌️
Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth; listen to your intuition.
Accept the things to which fate binds you, and love the people with whom fate brings you together, but do so with all your heart.
I’m glad I have you Iolaire. Love you
Every pain gives a lesson and every lesson changes a person, lately it’s been really nonstop for me and I am having a hard time staying afloat. I feel grateful for all the amazing opportunities but sometime I feel very overwhelmed.
Iolaire, spending my time with you, that helps me slow down and be more aware of my thoughts and feeling. Now I have time to Breathe. Thank you my love.
Don’t use your energy to worry, use your energy to believe. .
the heart breaks when it is expanding, not to gather scars, but to shake off the nonserving cemented barnacles and become brilliantly bright, able to stand stronger on its own because of the love. When its breaking listens to what it needs, there is a world of information coming through, a lot of suffering came from going after those that don’t belong to us. But never try, never know.
Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort!
Sometime you meet a person and you just click, you are conformable with them, like you are known them your whole life and you don’t have to pretend to be anyone or anything.
So... don’t search so much, just allow yourself to be found, doing what you like. Trust the timing of everything, just because it’s not happening right now, done’t mean it never will. .
