My day has already started productive and I’m feeling ready for the week ahead! Lots of client interaction this morning which is always a good thing as inquisitive means interested and that’s all you need to get you on the right path 🙌🏻

Challenge 16 is themed on the basis that it’s week 3 so 3 exercises for 3 minutes each for 3 sets .. Easy 🙄
1. 3 minute skill mill run keeping level 8 as a minimum 
2. 3 minute kettlebell swings keeping form, reduce your weight if necessary 
3. Alternating clean and press, if unsure of technique please ask it use a dumbbell as a squat and press -

Do you use video in your training or clients training? Using video for something more than the gram is important if you want to get better. Specific angles show specific things. Ex squat front angle shows set up symmetry, weight distribution from each leg, and alignment during decent and accent amounts a few other things. Rear view will show and hip shifting and balance issues along with set up symmetry. Side view at hip height will show depth, knee and hip extension timing and bar path. As I prep for my next meet 6 weeks I need to make sure my form is on. Here I am looking on consistent reps with similar bar bath. Notice the fourth rep path is off as I extend my knees too soon. This is a sign of fatigue for me. Gun to the head I could have done 4 more+ reps but fatigue would have led to a compensation thus layering down less then optimal form. I challenge myself and clients to do consistent reps only. This is a post for myself, a post who I have been, who I am, and who I will be. Today is 112 days out of hospital for my mental health. Why am I acknowledging this? Because that is a milestone that has taken me by surprise. Spending last year in and out with 12 admissions in 12 months, I’m still standing here on my feet. The past little while has really tested me. There have been many tough days, and I’m here. I keep making it through. I’m still standing. I’m moving forward and smashing my uni course, doing Tafe, volunteering at school and church, playing in a band and singing in a choir. 12 months ago I had no idea what it was like to stay on my feet. Day by day I’m continuing to surprise myself. The hard days come, and they also pass. Feelings come, and they go. Ability wavers and yet strength continues to build. One day at a time, I’m moving toward my future. I will be okay, I’m getting through okay, I’m moving forward so that one day others can look at my past and know that overcoming every challenge is possible and continues to build new strength. The note to myself and to anyone that needs it is this: get through this moment. Conquer this moment. Build yourself up in this moment. Move forward in and through this moment, and everything else will follow 🙏🏻

It's been twenty years since they won it last and you have to admire the resilience of this French team. They came so close to winning the European championship two years ago, but were denied by @cristiano and Portugal. Not this time.

Today, I just want you to remember that if you keep pursuing that dream you have and you review constantly, you will definitely get it!

This is progress💪💪3 months back I was not able to do even a single pullup. I'm doing this sideways while holding a pullup reaaaaal slow! I was also surprised when i watched it after recording. It almost looks like I'm using a slow mo video. 👊👊This is still only half stretch. Full stretch will be unlocked soon🔥🔥🔥

Endlich mal wieder ein Wettkampf der sich durchweg super angefühlt hat! ☺️🎉. Zwar keine neue Bestzeit, aber mit Schlafmangel, ohne gezieltes Training usw. hatte ich das heute auch gar nicht als Ziel 🤷🏻‍♀️ (hätte ich mir vielleicht mal vornehmen sollen😅). Am Ende lief es nämlich viel besser als erwartet, die Beine haben sich die ganze Zeit richtig gut angefühlt und so wirklich außer Puste war ich auch nie 😃. Mit Platz 5 in meiner Altersklasse bin ich aber wirklich zufrieden und weiß, dass ich da in nächster Zeit auf jeden Fall noch mehr rausholen kann 🙌🏻🏃🏻‍♀️

Ansonsten war der Lauf aber auch allgemein sehr cool! Super Orga, sehr schöne Strecke & toller Zieleinlauf mit vielen Zuschauern ☺️. Besonders motivierend fand ich auf der Strecke, dass einem irgendwann die schnellen HM Läufer entgegen kamen 🏃🏻‍♀️, auch Sabrina Mockenhaupt, die am Ende 1. Frau mit neuem Streckenrekord geworden ist, herzlichen Glückwunsch dazu 🍀!🙃
