Step Into Your Power
Today I rode on the podium with @kferg822 and I’m struggling to express the high I’m feeling.
A-mazing!!! I’ve been a member of my gym for about 10 years and prior to taking @kferg822 and @josephd_fit’s AMP cycle classes which they both started teaching last year, I had probably done less than 10 spin classes.
I remember looking on in amazement the first time I saw Kirsten riding. How were her legs moving so quickly!!! Kirsten and Joseph really changed the game and blew things up for me.
Being the genuine soul that she is Kirsten didn’t hesitate to encourage me and share a few tips with me. I’ve been practicing y’all!
I am inspired each and every class to give my all, reach down deep and connect with myself spiritually and emotionally and most importantly just have fun. I think we all bring out our inner Beyoncé/Jay-Z during class. It’s a whole mood!! I’m grateful🙏🏽
