A F r e e S p i r i t // in her natural habitat 🕊🌎🌻 Thank God for fitness and nature! Both are some of the best remedies to any funk, bad mood or mental health I may be experiencing. I get a sense of peace and serenity being outside, feeling the sun on my skin and breathing in fresh air. It’s truly nothing like Mother Nature to calm all the bullsh*t in life! Have a moment of stillness appreciating the beauty that is God’s creation 😍
Fitness allows one to de-stress releasing any negative energy or toxins from ones body. Being active and physical has be shown to do just that! I’m also competitive so I love having a goal and accomplishing it. I’m an athlete and that camaraderie even with myself is amazing! Always trying to one up, improve and get better! As long as we’re still alive there are new levels in life to reach! Fitness is a outlet that allows you to always KEEP GROWING! It also does the body good! When you LOOK Good, you DO Good, and you FEEL Good. Period 💯
Also just want to be in the best shape I can possibly be to enjoy life to the fullest. I have big plans for my life I want to be equipped mentally, physically and spiritually to receive those blessings!
