Making wine is a labor intensive handmade project. This is what you can see going on from the deck. Smells good too!

We have so many reasons to enjoy the month of September. Fall is getting closer. It's harvest time in the vineyards. It's also a full month of celebrating @ncwines. An added bonus for us is having our wedding anniversary during all of the NC Wine & Grape Month fun. To kick off this special month, we've decided to share some of our favorite #NCWine moments from the past year (link in bio). Cheers! 🍷
Another local artist’s exhibition! September Artist of the Month, Margaret Arnold.
If you are looking for a fun day activity, why not take a trip to @woodmillwinery
Only about 1 hour away from Charlotte, NC, it’s a great place to have a picnic lunch, taste some wines and take a short tour to see their wine-making process.
WoodMill Winery wines are made from 100% sun-ripened Muscadines, Scuppernongs, Blackberries, and Blueberries.
Yes, the wine is amazing–the scenery is beautiful, but the story behind how this winery got started is what makes it truly incredible.
And if you are like me, I love a great product but it makes it so much better when it comes with a story.

#NCWineMonth is right around the corner and we’re looking forward to sharing some of our favorite @ncwines and wineries like @pointlookoutvineyards. 🍷 This Barrel Fermented Chardonnay has a nice complexity with a smooth, creamy vanilla bean finish. #NCwine
I had a great time exploring the @woodmillwinery ! 🍷 I have been to a lot of wineries and I knew I was in trouble because this one makes the majority of their wine out of muscadines and scuppernongs two of my favorite grapes. 🍇I ended up bringing home 6 bottles of wine and will be buying more! And as great as the wine is the story of the family behind wine is what makes it truly Incredible. 💖 If you haven't already make sure you subscribe to my blog where you'll get to hear all about this family's Incredible Journey on Monday www.betheincredibleyou.com. PS it's totally worth the hour drive from Charlotte to go check it out.
