You know why I workout every day
Because it makes me feel freaking amazing. It gives me energy. It fixes a lot of the digestive issues I have when I don’t workout. It shows me how strong I am. It releases all the stress that tends to build up throughout the course of a day. It’s something I do for ME and no one else.
Are the workouts hard Of course. Are they worth it Absolutely. Working out is never a punishment. I live my life the way I want to, eating and drinking the things I want, and I balance that with consistency in my workout regimen, at least half my body weight in ounces of water a day, and attention to eating and drinking the things I want in MODERATION.
I don’t get this whole fit lifestyle right every day, but does that mean I just give up on it Um no, I’m not a quitter. Is parenting hard sometimes What about relationships Did you give up the first time you learned how to drive Swim Walk Crawl If you’re reading this, I’m assuming the answer is no. Life is hard, but it doesn’t mean it’s not absolutely beautiful!
You have ONE body. Take care of it, girl! I totally get the struggle with starting a workout regimen and finding balance in your eating habits. You don’t have to start this alone. Want to get a hold on your health Drop a 👊🏻 below! I got you!

Hello friends! Some of you are new friends- so I want you to know me better!
I’m a wife to a wonderful man, Sven. We both grew up in the same town, met in high school - he was my ultimate crush. He was older , graduated and we each lived a full life before our circles came back together and we fell in love and married. He’s my soulmate and we have fun no matter what we do together.
I’m a mom to the most amazing daughter, Brooke. She just turned 21, is a personal trainer, fitness influencer, and is going to Dixie State in St. George, UT and working on a degree in Nutrition. I’m a super proud mama! ❤️ Fitness has been a part of my life for years! I’ve always been active and enjoy trying new things! I started out running 5Ks and 1/2 Marathons, then did trail running. I love mountain biking and road cycling, learned how to paddleboard, and then dove into fitness competitions. It’s started as a bucket list to say “I did it!” And then became a competition goal to keep achieving and watching my body get stronger and build muscle!
That, in turn, evolved into coaching and inspiring others to be healthy and help them achieve their goals! I was focused on building a coaching business with a network marketing approach and worked hard at it for a year! I had success, helped a lot of people.
Last year, a way to expand my coaching with another avenue for business was presented to me. It was a new activewear line. It seemed like a natural fit for what I was doing! If I live in workout clothes anyway- I might as well show other people this amazing new option to look cute and sexy while you’re out and about! I was given an ultimatum- coaching business or activewear. I was so torn. 😔I loved both and didn’t want to have to walk away from either one! The activewear company I’m in encourages women to live healthy, stay active, promotes integrity and community. I realized I could still mentor women on their fitness journey while growing an amazing premier activewear business. I’m excited for my new venture. Always watch for those open doors, something great could be on the other side! What is something new you’ve started
