Sono prodotti che uso da diverso tempo, potete vederli anche nei post precedenti.
La crema viso ha una consistenza davvero piacevole, non unge e si stende benissimo. Dalle prime applicazioni ho notato davvero dei benifici. La consiglio di sera, di giorno solo se la pelle ha bisogno di un buon nutrimento. Io nel periodo di molto freddo e di pelle del viso davvero molto sofferente l’ho usata mattina e sera. Ho visto risultati davvero ottimi.
Anche il contorno occhi mi piace tanto. Lo lascia dopo l’applicazione molto idratato, non sofferente. Io lo uso fisso mattina e sera. A differenza della crema che la uso di giorno solo in alcuni periodi.
Questi prodotti li consiglio a pelli che hanno bisogno di idratazione e di nutrire. Chi dopo una giornata impegnativa piace sentirsi la pelle compatta e idratata e al tatto vellutata.
Della linea ho usato anche un campioncino del loro siero e in sinergia con i loro prodotti ho avuto risultati davvero sorprendenti.
Non la consiglio a pelli giovani, che hanno poche esigenze e chi ha la pelle molto grassa. .

I feel calmer and increasingly present in a few short weeks. I recommend pushing this book to the front of your reading queue. If you are into improving on any level perfecting your day is key!
This process involves writing all of your to-do’s, wants and ideas down on a piece of paper at the end of your workday.
This process removes the need to stay wired and trying to remember everything needed for the next day.
90-MINS OUT: Chamomile tea
Aids for digestion, can relieve headaches and has a sedative effect.
Just to name a few.
1-HOUR OUT: Mobility
I’m definitely not an expert in this area. My philosophy on mobility is ‘minimal effective dose’. I do enough so I can bring as much intensity as possible to the training I love.
The benefits of magnesium are amazing.
The goal here is to have a cooling body temperature to assist with sleep. Even with a hot shower, your body will cool as a response to the previous heat. Just make sure your room isn’t too warm.
90-30MINS: Airplane mode. No scrolling and messaging.
IN BED: No Deep Conversations
Avoid heavy conversations. Nothing that creates stress or needs a lot a mental energy. There are so many other opportunities in the day to have these.
I read for about 10-15 mins max in this process. Just enough to get into a creative flow before journaling.

It's a wild Sunday night here at my house.
The kids are both passed out in Milly's bed. They fell asleep head to head. Adorable.
And I'm sitting here, sipping my golden mylk.
I'm also avoiding a pile of laundry that has been sitting on my living room floor for 2 days now. Or three. Who's counting
Yesterday and today have been a combination of hard work, resting, cuddling with my kids, singing songs from RENT with my daughter, and doing some serious self-care.
I finished up a big push for my online yoga studio on Friday and tomorrow I'll be spreading the word about my next FREE Self-Care Reset, which starts next Monday.
Or I'm starting right now.
I'm informal like that.
Right now, though, this is what self-care looks like to me:
A warm cup of something sweet, leg warmers, and early bedtime with a book once I post this.

I need a clean kitchen every night before I go to bed. But I hate dishes, like for reals. So to make it a more enjoyable experience, I diffuse some lemon+wild orange and blast my favorite music! Right now, @dermotkennedy is on repeat! So good!🤩
Nightly Routine 🌛
If you want a more efficient and effective morning you need to wind down properly the night before. A nighttime routine can help calm an overactive mind and can condition your body to realize it’s bed time, for a more restful sleep.
Overly stimulating activities can be disruptive to your sleep which includes your phone, laptop, tablet. They can be addictive, cause stress, and interfere with your internal clock.
This year I am really focusing on implementing healthy routines that I feel good about and can remain consistent with.
In order to wind down properly I’ve implemented the following:
* A bed time. I make sure to be in bed by 10pm. * No phone or television one hour before bed * A short meditation or reading * Think of one thing I did successfully, 3 things I’m grateful for, and 1 goal I have for the next day * Sometimes I do a 15 minute yoga session or have a cup of chamomile tea

Have you ever lost inspiration
Over this past month, I’ve been going through just that. I’ve also struggled to balance being present in the real world, and on social media.
At first, I was very hard on myself. ‘Why don’t you have anything to share’ ‘Why can’t you think of a photo or caption’
But as I slowly stepped away from Instagram, I was able to see the situation in a new light, gain greater perspective, and check in with myself.
The truth is, we ALL go through different seasons in our lives. Some are filled with inspiration, motivation, and creation, while others are times for rest.
As hard as it is at first, I’m allowing myself this time to recharge and reset. It’s what I truly need. And I know deep down these seasons don’t last forever, but going through them fully (instead of trying to force ourselves out) is so necessary for our growth. ✨
