I love hitting legs on Mondays to start the week off on a good note. Mainly for the sole reason that I won’t even think about doing them again until Saturday.
Not the greatest form for my final heavy set, but it’s all good to me.

I cried during my workout 😔 Last night I watched the Life and Death of Sandra Bland on HBO. It literally ripped my heart out of my chest. Actually, a lot of what’s going on in this world has been affecting in a way that’s unexplainable. Initially I wasn’t going to watch it because I knew that it was going to be extremely heavy but I decided to anyways because a lot of people don’t get the choice to look away. I don’t have all the answers and instead of being afraid...seeing how strong Sandra was makes me want to do more. We all have to. ✊🏾
A little bicep pump on a Monday never hurt anybody. Everyday is arm day right!
Hanging Concentration Curls starting with a high rep set of 30 and then increasing the weight while we drop 5 reps each set all the way down to 10 for the last one!
Start with a bent over position while bracing yourself with your hand on a bench or box and let a dumbbell hang straight down. Isolate the upper arm from moving as of it where fixed on a preacher bench.
Make sure you are letting that arm come all the way down before curling back up. No half reps!
For the higher rep sets im just pumping it out but as the weight gets heavier and the reps drop make sure you focus on a nice squeeze at the top!

#lightweightsmatter 😂😂 light weight kinda day! Listen those 8's and 15's start feeling like 50's when doing 20-30 reps for 2-3 rounds😂😂! Don't believe me try it! Also had 50 mins of cardio (at the beginning of detoxing I go in a little harder in the event that later in the week my energy depletes, hardly ever happens but just in case).
