One issue I find that people struggle with is consuming enough protein whilst keeping kcals low.
I put a sample days eating to show one of my clients that you can get around 200g of Protein but still keeping calories low - around 1700kcals.
I'm not saying these are the numbers you should be hitting, just an example of how you can hit your protein target without going over your calories.
Be sure not to overuse your body. Your body needs days for healing after intense work.

Vieläkin joskus vihlasee polven sisäsyrjästä, mutta liikerajoituksia, turvontaa taikka hematoomaa ei ole. Ei parane muuta kuin kuntouttaa ja odottaa että menee ohi.

ARM DAY🥵Here’s some arm exercises I did the other day. I know it’s only 5 moves but I did the extensions and the rows as supersets, meaning I went immediately from one exercise to the next with little to no rest (triceps->biceps; overhand->underhand). Supersets help by adding more intensity, and because I’m not resting that long in between, it doesn’t take hours in the gym. • •
I started with
10 mins in the sauna
20 mins of RB workouts
Lat Pulldowns 4 x 45 .
Triceps Extensions 4 x 30
Biceps Extensions 4 x 25
💦Superset 2 💦
Overhand Cable Rows 4 x 35
Underhand Cable Rows 4 x 35 •
I used 40 lbs for the pulldowns and 25 lbs for all of the cable exercises. Definitely give these a try on your next arm day!💪🏾

So after the hard long run on Sunday , I had to get an easy 5 miles done yesterday. I went very very easy but legs were so stiff. Today was the strength run, 4x1.5 miles with 800m recovery for just over 10 miles total… I won’t lie, I was not looking forward to it!! 😳
However, somehow I woke up feeling recovered. It was a beautiful cool morning. I left in the dark and saw the sun come up in the middle of my run. The run went really well, paces were right on the mark and the legs felt fine throughout. Messrs Hansons, you know your stuff!! 👊
It will get tough, it will hurt… but it will work! Trust your plans! 💪

💪🏻🏋️♂️🤸🏻♀️🏆🍏🏃♀️❤️ So proud of this lady for completing her first ever Triathlon (Cheltenham Lido Sprint Triathlon) last Sunday. But what makes this even more impressive is that Rahat could not swim a single stroke at the start of this year. As part of her sprint triathlon she swam 400m! Just love this lady’s commitment to her goals. Learning to swim front crawl is hard, especially as we get older and there were moments along this journey that she struggled with confidence and a lesser person would have easily quit. But Rahat stuck at it and now she has another achievement to add to her collection. Looking forward to working with Rahat on next year’s goals. Achieving things you thought you could never do takes time, patience, commitment and hard work!!
