People do it all the time, it’s nothing to be proud of. NOPE. Not for me! I used to mow all the time when I was a teen and I hated it! I was overweight and a huge coach potato! I moved in to an apartment later and didn’t have to worry about it for a few years then in 2015 I mowed twice and said NOPE IM DONE and started paying someone to do it from then on. .

This year I decided I’m tired of paying $30 a week or more to have my lawn mowed because I’m lazy. Maybe 44 lbs ago I wasn’t “able” to...or maybe I was, idk. But now I can! And I did! I am exhausted from the whole day but I feel accomplished! Can’t wait for my new weekly routine!!

And yes, I taught my 5 year old how to mow today! She did great and she loved it!

The best lamb in the city. Slowly roasted with olive oil, garlic and lemon, with a side of grilled vegetables. The meat fell off the bone, so tender and flavorful. Delicious! Only 1 day left to SAVE! 🐰🌷

Sooooo let me tell you a little bit about my thrive experience. Being in the hospitality business is hard. Just plain hard. It’s long long days, 10 day stretches, 15 hour shifts 5xs a week but I love my job. End result = I am drained. Oh did i mention i run a speciality cake business out of my house as well @caiticakes22 🙌🏽🙌🏽 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪 I saw my gf @k_8_ie taking thrive and all the results she was getting from it but I was like oh another “gimmick” .......after a couple months I said I guess I’ll try it, I need some type of energy since 5 cups of coffee a day is prob not a good thing 😂. It took about a week for me to notice a difference. I did my 3 steps every morning and I then started to notice I only had 1 cup of coffee in the morning and didn’t need another one to feel awake. I was like “ha” ya okay it’s in my head. Then I started feeling more focused and actually had energy after work to take my dog for a run which I always imagined doing but never did. 🐶 I started to wake up for work early and I’m usually a roll outta bed person 😑 I just felt refreshed. I was able to come home after work and have the energy to do my cake orders and actually enjoy my hobby not crying bc I wanna go to bed. 🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎
It wasn’t until a month in I stopped taking my 3 steps bc that’s what I do, I fall off. Boy oh boy did I go back to feeling like sh*t. I was tired all the time, I didn’t wanna get outta bed, I went back to doing my power naps after work and I started back to spending a ridiculous amount of $$ on coffee to just get that mid afternoon crash ...........that’s when it hit me, that thrive stuff really works..... and that’s when I flipped to a promoter. 🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨
I don’t do it for the money.... I do it because I wanted to spread the word about thrive and make more of my friends aware of this all natural nutritional system! I set a goal and I achieved it! less and this meal here - Baked pea, pumpkin and leek risotto embodies that perfectly. 
I took bits and pieces I had left in my fridge and made 3 serves to store in the freezer for ping meals for when I cbf.

Será que lavar as hortaliças apenas em água corrente é o suficiente? Está aí a resposta! 📷Placa de Petri (meio de cultura PCA) na diluição 10-2 com 6971x10-2 UFC (unidades formadoras de colônia)! 🥗O método ideal para a higienização de hortaliças consiste em:
1. Lavar em água corrente 
2. Deixar de molho no hipoclorito (o tempo varia de acordo com as especificações da embalagem)
3. Escorrer
4. Deixar em imersão na solução de vinagre a 6% durante 5 minutos
