Principalmente, porque la ansiedad o el estrés 🤯 es un estado de disconfort 🙅‍♀😣 al cuerpo 🚶‍♂y mente 🧠, mientras que el alimento 🍫 o bebida 🍻 evoca un sentimiento previo (donde nos sentíamos bien) y promueve la liberación de dopamina y nos genera placer 😍🤤 ... por tanto, si me siento mal ❌haré algo que me haga sentir bien ✅. ➡¿Cual es la situación? Que generalmente los alimentos que elegimos altos en grasa 🌮🍕🍟🍔, altos en azúcar🍰🧁🍦🥧🍧, bebidas alcohólicas🍷🥂🍻🍸 y en grandes cantidades 🔜 y tooodo exceso genera daños. ¿Qué puedes hacer para modificar esto? Lo más importante es romper el vínculo: me siento triste 😭 ➡ como ➡ me siento feliz 😁... ¿Cómo hacerlo? 
Sigue estos pasos: 
1⃣ Piensa en alguna actividad, que te guste realizar o que te gustaría intentar y te genere placer 
2⃣ Cuando sientas ansiedad o estrés 💚 Realiza 10 respiraciones profundas 💚 pon en práctica la actividad elegida o piensa cómo te sientes cuando haces esa actividad (si es que no es posible realizarla en ese momento)
3️⃣ anota en una libreta la sensación y antojo que tenias, para tener opciones saludables 
4️⃣ ten paciencia, poco a poco lograrás tener mayor conciencia al comer 😉

The RDL is primarily an exercise to encourage strength and mobility in the lower posterior chain. With that said to get the best out of the exercises we want to get as much stability in the upper back as possible.
The focus for this should come from externally rotating the shoulders and pinching the shoulder blades back. The feeling for this should come from the hands. Hold on to the bar and try to turn the hands out so your pressing the inside of the thumb against the back side of the bar. This should pull the shoulders back behind the chest. 
As you hinge now the upper back shouldn’t break and the stretch load of the exercise will be in the hamstrings and butt muscles.

امروزه با توجه به قیمت های سرسام آور مکمل های ورزشی، مخصوصا مکمل های پروتئینی، خیلی از افراد رو داره به سمت گیاهان داروئی میکشه. درسته که پروتئین گیاهان ناقصه (اسید های امینه ضروری برو به مقدار محدود داره) و توانایی افزایش سنتز پروتئین عضله رو نمیتونه به اندازه پروتئین وی و پروتئین های گرفته شده از گوشت رو نداره، ولی خیلی از مطالعات افزایش عملکرد ورزشی رو گزارش کردند که در مقاله چاپ شده گروه پژوهشی ما با دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بقیه الله این رو نشون دادیم.

Certo se si usano condimenti eccessivi o sbilanciati il risultato è sicuramente una digestione più lunga e faticosa che si può tradurre anche in aumento di peso..😣 Ma scegliendo i giusti ingredienti e combinandoli insieme nel modo corretto..ecco saltar fuori un piano sano genuino e bilanciato.. Textbook bench

Probably one of my favourites from my shoot in June.⁠

It’s hard to choose a favourite as the different shots show off different things but I think the 2 posing shots have got to be my favourite. A couple of the guys I was doing the shoot with were having some photos taken with their trophy’s and belts and I thought why not. I’ve never really done any proper posing practice, so I was quite surprised with how these turned out!⁠

Going forward I definitely need to put more emphasis on my posing if I plan to get on stage in 2020 or 2021. The sooner I start the better chance I have of putting together a smooth routine and nailing the poses.⁠

I will start putting regular training videos on here and alongside them I’ll probably include physique and posing updates. Scary stuff… but it’s a commitment I aim to stick to.⁠

Was ein super tolles Wochenende. Die @denniswolfclassicnrw liegt hinter mir. Es war ein mega schöner Wettkampf. Tolle Stimmung, super Athleten, gute Organisation und einfach ein gelungener Tag. Ansonsten bin ich in den Genuss gekommen mit super vielen tollen Athleten zu reden. 
Ich durfte dieses Mal die @_johanniii begleiten, mit dabei war auch noch der @catalyn.ung, der seine erste Saison hinter sich hat. Die beiden haben absolut überzeugt und ich bin so dankbar das ich mit dabei sein durfte. Sonst unterstützt die @_johanniii mich ja immer.. Dieses Mal war es andersrum und ich fand es so toll. Danke Maus, ich kann es kaum abwarten auf der @dennisjamesclassicgermany mir dir zu sein.

Ich konnte Wettkampf Luft aka top tan Farbe schnuppern und bin hochmotiviert mich auf meine Saison vorzubereiten.

Made some homemade baked fish sticks this weekend. Not bad for my first attempt, but I’m going to test a few different flavorings moving forward. Moms, don’t give up! It might be frustrating, especially when we introduce new things to the kids and they aren’t having it. But we mustn’t throw in the towel. We are moms because we are mighty. And God knew that we ARE exactly what our kids need. Including what we place on the dinner table. That being said, we have lots leftover which means fish sticks for moms lunch 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Paleo breakfast with so red York eggs! That seems to be more nutritious! I cook it with Brussels with olive oil or butter for 15 minutes in pot. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth and sea salt.
