It’s easy to get hung up on targeting the booty/only a couple parts of the body that are more “aesthetically” pleasing. But realistically increased overall muscle mass is what helps increase metabolism. Having only some parts of your body be significantly stronger than others can also cause imbalances and injury. .

So don’t forget the Quads ⬇️

1️⃣Heels Elevated Front Squat | 4 x 8
.
2️⃣Hack Squat | 4 x 10
.
3️⃣Bulgarian Split Squat | 4 x 8 each
. 
4️⃣Leg Extensions | 3 x 10-12
.
5️⃣SS: 1.5 Squat into jumping Squat | 8 of each . .
📚Tips: these can be done with or without a resistance band. When doing the elevated heel squat, make sure your feet are evenly elevated so one side isn’t doing more slightly more work than the other.
