Late night chest/shoulders day, hitting with a much intensity as possible to make the boulder shoulders dream a reality.
- 
I always use these lateral raises to set my shoulders on fire as a warmup exercise. I highly recommend using any variation of lateral/vertical raise for a warmup to get your shoulders ready for the pounding they will receive.
- 
For my lateral raises I do a total of 6 sets, 3 of which are double drop sets while the other half are normal sets. For normal sets I’ll do 16-22 reps. I switch up the order of which I do these so I can really shock the targeted muscle.
- 
For my double dropsets I start at my top weight and do as many reps as possible, then immediately drop down to the next lower weight where again I would do as many as possible, then finally dropping down to the next lightest and go until complete failure all for one set.
- 
When doing these make sure to try and keep your elbows above your wrists, as well as going 3 quarters of the way up to your shoulders so you can really isolate the mid delts.

Day 19/30 a couple more circuits I did today . 
A couple of these were super challenging for me like the lunge kick combo and the double crunch combo. I love finding things I can’t do , it gives me something to look forward to accomplishing. •
Last couple circuits from today. 
Did three rounds for both and the max number of suggested reps for the exercises. Ended with 10 in the sauna. •

First deadlift session since injury occurred. Felt great to actually be able to move around some weight. Staying relatively light & under pain threshold, while adding in tempos with main movements. Sets of 3 with SSB squat with a 5 second eccentric, followed up with sets of 5 on deadlifts with a 3-4 count eccentric. Taking the time while I’m lighter to focus in & improve on positioning & technique. Going to keep chipping away every week until November. Coach @jaffestrength leading the way. So this is my back workout if you couldn’t tell already and if you couldn’t then well, this is my back workout 🤷🏽‍♂️ Anyhow, deadlifts suck. I’ve always said it and I’ll say it till the day I die. Unless I die because of them or chocolate, whichever one comes first 😂 Anyway, I started off with deadlifts. Worked up to 185 for 5 sets of 5 and as knackering as it was, it felt good after. Followed by Lat pull downs and I ended my workout with barbell Rows with bands. Full workout down below ⬇️ Remember, take your time. Strength will come with time and effort. You just gotta be smart with your training, listen to your body. Stay Grateful 👊🏾

Deadlifts - 5x5 (Today’s was 185/405)
Lat Pulldowns - 4x8
Straight Arm pulldowns - 3x10
Seated V Bar row - 4x8
Face Pulls - 3x15
Diverged Lat PD’s - 4x8
Barbell Rows - 3x6 (225 with a resistance band)
