Be mindful of how advertisers try to trick you. Milk production is animal cruelty. Female cows are impregnated against their wills. As soon as they give birth, their babies are taken from them, force fed by shoving a tube down their throats sometimes flooding their lungs, and often slaughtered for veal meat. Then the mother cow (still mourning) is stuck in a cage where she can barely move, milk is pumped out of her until her udders are raw and bloody, and there she will remain until the day she dies. Much like humans, mother cows only produce milk after they are pregnant, so they keep them hooked up to these milk pumper machines so that their milk production continues and they are impregnated repeatedly until their bodies can no longer take it. Did you know that there is a legal amount of blood and pus in milk sold Cows are highly intelligent, emotional creatures and they love neck scratches. There are ethical alternatives so there should be no need to consume milk. Just think about it - you drink cow milk, you've done so since you were a little kid, it is ingrained in you, but it is so messed up. Milk does not give you strong bones. That is another marketing lie. Milk cows do not roam freely and eat grass all day. Please just look into it for yourself. It is an inconvenient truth. Okay, rant over.
