Hey there! It's been awhile, so I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself again. I’m so glad you’re here!
What I have learned through my training, clinical work, and in my own personal life is that relationships are hard. We all struggle in our relationships - to know that we are good enough, that we matter, and to maintain a connection with our partner. What I also know is that life is busy. And while you once had a relationship that was connected and intimate, this tends to change over time, especially as we go from partners to parents.
I’m Dr. Tracy Dalgleish (it’s a tricky one - pronounce all the letters, don’t try to say it with an accent or make it sound french - its not. Its Scottish!). I’m a clinical psychologist and couples therapist. I have been working with couples for over 12 years - both directly in my clinical work and through my research.
So why this space
We are all deserving and worthy to thrive in this life. To let go of stuff that isn’t serving us. And to have healthy relationships. So I created this account to reach YOU.
