A concoction I honestly never believed in. I’m not a huge banana fan...more of an ice cream fan 😆 so I never went for it but when you add some raw chocolate (which has no sugar and lots of health benefits), it changes everything. It only had a slight banana flavor.

Quick post about electrolytes. I have been on an intermittent fasting/ketogenic diet for most of my life to deal with medical issues (I am now in my mid forties 😬). From my experience, (including all the mistakes you can make on keto) one of the most important thing I do in order to optimize the diet, is to make sure I get enough electrolytes. I had cramps, low energy, keto flu, heart palpitations, bathroom issues, lost of lean mass etc and it all got fixed with electrolytes. I liberally salt my food, I drink Italian mineral water and every morning, I put salt, potassium chloride and magnesium sulfate in 2 liters of plain spring water and I go through it during the day. Roughly two months later I have what I think is very nice Turf. No color correction, only vignette.
