Quick and easy Stuffed pepper soup. 😋
1 # 90% lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 green bell peppers, diced
12 oz low sodium broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1-2 C cooked brown rice 🍅 
Brown beef. Add peppers and onion, cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, broth. Simmer 1-2 hrs Add rice, heat through. Serve. About 8 servings. Great leftover. You can keep rice separate and ladle soup over rice if you like.

J'ai 150g de bananes et 260g d'avocat. Ça veut dire que j'ai au moins 6g de #protéines 35g de #glucides et 39g de #lipides. Pour ceux qui ne s'y connaissent pas, ça veut dire que ça vous fera un bon #petitdéjeuner, ou un merveilleux #goûter. Pas mal inh.

Ce qui est encore génial, c'est que ces 2 fruits se complètent vraiment bien. Alors que #l'avocat se trouve être pauvre en glucides, la banane en apporte en quantité et en qualité. Et quant il s'avère que la #banane peine à offrir assez de matières grasses, l'avocat lui, en regorge tellement au point de ne rien envier aux autres fruits. 
En #potassium et en #magnésium, c'est un véritable duo de maîtres. 
Et pour des fruits, il faut avouer qu'ils sont plutôt riches en protéines. Vous comprenez maintenant pourquoi les sportifs ne jurent que par ces 2 là ?
