Cooking up new, and staple, recipes is one of my favorite ways to relax. These raw seed energy bars are something I made back in grad school and I’m still loving them today!

Filled with #potassium for nerve transmission, muscle contraction and ❤️ function, this soup is also loaded with #magnesium, which helps over 300 enzyme systems in the body do things like regulate protein synthesis, muscle and nerve conduction, and blood glucose and blood pressure control! Working on my #girlboss game, I packed with me one of my favorite salads, knowing I would get hungry spending hours at the book store. Carrots are always a winner from a juicing point of view as they are very easy to process and are super juicy! Same goes for fresh ginger and I just shove in a small bunch of mint, stalks and all, the juicer takes care of the rest, but a little goes a long way with mint. Result is a smooth, fresh, warming, spicy, cleansing nectar for a great start to the day!!!

This is super easy and healthy cake for kids. You can just mix ingredients and steam it by your cooker or bake in the oven. ★Ingredients 
2 banana
pancake mix 200g
soy milk 100cc
water 1-2 table spoon
(please add small amount of water if your dough is too thick) 
You can add some brown sugar or honey if you wanna sweeter cake. I added two tea spoon of mixed nuts butter this time and black sesame. I also like to add peanuts butter into this simple cake recipe. If you can get organic pancake mix or low-sodium pancake mix, it’s better. I used Japanese hot cake mix. Eat the small amount of the cake dough is the best way to bake perfect cake in my experience. ★This is classic recipe but I can’t recommend this one.Anyway just for image of cooking this video must be helpful. Please use my recipe than use many butter and sugar for your banana cake ٩(^‿^)۶
