529 lb/240 kg #deadlift with gas in the tank. This is really interesting. I haven’t trained conventional with any consistency in a year (). But the strength gains in my hamstrings from sumo have done a very good job of preserving strength overall. Attempted 575 after (mix of kilo and pound plates) and missed because my pec cramped. This was without question stronger than my 535 sumo pull. Interesting stuff to think about. #powerlifting #crossfit #crossfitanchorage #alaska #anchorage #oldmanstrong
CURRENT BODY CONDITION: Fluffy.. but still loveable. Almost like a teddy bear 🧸 •
Definitely can do with a bit of a bodyfat trim down during this year, but for now still looking at getting stronger.
Much... much stronger.. •
Squats: 140kg 3x8
Bent over row 90kg 4x8
Weighted dips 40kg 3x8
Leg raised pullups 4x8. The shifted centre of gravity causes a massive strain across the abs for some serious ab work. —- Sticking to sets of 3 on squats because it’s • More relative to competition • Builds more conditioning • Helps me work on form more
Bring on the gains 😎
DL’s, Pull-Ups, Kips, & Pushups 💪🏼
Saad working on some heavy box squat singles. At his top set he was able to smash 545 pounds! Putting in that work with @dahhomyaj . Box squats have many benefits that transition over to a traditional squat. If you’re not doing them already then you should definitely try these on your next leg day! 💪🏼
Happy pre friday from me and my blind self 🧐
195x6x6 - lol @ me shrugging my shoulders during the last rep & adjusting these plates 😂
We building yay 💕💕💕💕💕
When you try to do the @brandonhardbody pose and the @howtobeast pose lol it didn’t quite work -
Almost time to shred 🔪🦍🐐♑️🐺
Train Sensible Today 💯🔥👍
315x5 stupid plates WHY CANT THEY BE A CIRCLE because every time the weight comes down the bar is crooked suuuuper annoying but I got the job done
Bench Didn’t go so good this week.
I was planning on hitting a PR. My old PR was 395lbs. And warming up I was feeling good. I hit 315lbs easy and 350lbs easy. But when I went for 370lbs...Nothing. And I tried it twice. .
But after that I went down to 315lbs for a 3x5 and put the Slingshot on for a set of 5 pause reps.
And a set of 225lbs for 13 controlled reps to get a pump. .
The rest of the workout was more bodybuilding oriented using machines and cables to hit chest, triceps, and delts. .

Traps and neck gains 😂💪🤙🔥
18 years old; before I ever seriously lifted weights. Weighed 115-120 lbs, something like that here.🐵🔥
We’re really only limited by our imaginations and what we can dream up, I really think so🧠 ✅ Follow @thestrongest_ever for more.
Motivation does fade, even for the most hardcore or driven motivated person.
Because of that, habits and consistency just matter more ... and the person who just simply shows up consistently for months and years in a row will always beat the hardcore super motivated person who gets bored or quits or loses when that motivation goes away.🐺😠🔁
Sometimes it’s just that one final try that makes it all work out💡📱💰
