Este mindset também é separado para cada objetivo. Alguém que tem um mindset muito fraco no treinamento pode ter um mindset muito forte no seu ramo de trabalho, por exemplo.

O mindset pode ser trabalhado de inúmeras maneiras, e depende muito ao que o indivíduo é sensível. Você já deve ter visto pessoas que mudam o mindset quando “levam porrada”, e outras se “levarem porrada” desistem. Isso tem a ver com a predisposição de cada indivíduo ao tipo de estímulo empregado.

É por isso que a conduta do profissional deve se adequar a personalidade de cada indivíduo, pois a chave do sucesso é a aderência dele. Mas para isso, é preciso saber qual o gatilho desencadeia um mindset que contribui, e quais atitudes deve-se evitar para impedir o crescimento do mindset negativo.

Ainda que parte desta predisposição psicológica tenha cunho genético, muito pode ser trabalhado. E o principal caminho costuma ser aumentar a confiança do indivíduo em relação ao que precisa ser feito. Obviamente que isso depende do quanto ele realmente deseja alcançar aquilo que estabeleceu como objetivo.

Тренинг не менял,а просто ушёл в межсезонный цикл объемных тренировок и всё так же жму/тяну/приседаю.

320lbs for a 3x3 Bench coming in just on time to make up for my sub-par squat workout Sunday 😂

Sorry about the angle..... I still gotta figure that out.... this video was taken during my 5th set today.

I also managed to squat pain free today! Despite only doing 135, this is actually a really good thing. My goal for today (and probably for the next couple weeks or so) was to retrain my body on how to brace properly. Bracing is incredibly important when lifting weights because it adds a tremendous amount of support (intra abdominal pressure) when lifting heavier weights. If you don’t brace properly, you increase your chances of injuring yourself..... kinda like how I hurt myself 😒

So make sure you’re practicing bracing even if it’s while doing a bicep curl.
