- THRUSTER 
A junção do back squat com o push press fez nascer o Thruster. 
Esse movimento de LPO pode ser considerado um dos mais completos, uma vez que trabalha músculos quadríceps, isquiotibiais, glúteos, todo o complexo do core, panturrilhas, ombros, tríceps e costas. Assim, o thruster se torna um movimento altamente funcional. Pois pode ser utilizado em um treinamento desportivo, para aumento de força, para melhorar o condicionamento físico e emagrecimento. 
Além disso, ao praticar o thruster, fazemos movimentos comuns do dia a dia, como a extensão de quadril, joelhos e ombros. Sendo assim, ele fortalecer os músculos para o seu dia a dia.
Além do aumento de força, o thruster ainda trabalha a coordenação motora do praticante, pois a junção dos movimentos necessários faz com que a pessoa treine também essa vertente. Outro fator importante que thruster traz é o trabalho de emagrecimento. Por utilizar uma grande quantidade de músculos, movimentos amplos que demandam uma forte estabilização, o gasto calórico é muito elevado.

Yesterday it was time for CrossFit and for Endurance WOD again. 40min working in a row was the order of the day. 30 rounds consisting of 3 Devil Press, 6 cal Skierg and 9 Airsquats. TC 40min.

After the warm up it was clear that one round can be done in 1 min, but not thirty times in a row. I scaled from 2* 15kg to 2* 5kg Dumbbell and after 2 days of CrossFit and swimming with push-ups it was fine. In the end I was at 29 laps after the TC and needed 42min for the 30 laps. That was a incredible workout😁💪, but today I can't get my hands on my head😂, that's how heavy the arms are. Today is then probably times for relax😁.

Gestern war wieder CrossFit an der Reihe. Es war Zeit für Endurance WOD. 40min Am Stück arbeiten war angesagt. 30 Runden bestehend aus 3 Devil Press, 6 cal Skierg und 9 Airsquats. TC 40min.

Nach dem warm up war klar, eine Runde ist in 1 min machbar, aber nicht dreißig Mal am Stück. Ich hab von 2* 15kg auf 2* 5kg Dumbbell skaliert und das war nach 2 Tagen CrossFit und Schwimmen mit Liegestützen auch gut so. Am Ende war ich bei 29 Runden nach dem TC und hab insgesamt 42min für die 30 Runden gebraucht. Das war ein Mega Workout😁💪, aber heute kann ich mich nicht mehr am Kopf kratzen😂, so schwer sind die Arme. Can you grab your grocery bags in one trip, can you pick up your grandkids and play with them, can you do that 10 mile hike with your buddies??? It's not about finishing workouts as fast as you can (maybe sometimes) and it's not about being the first one to finish; it's about finishing in general and about growing that functionality in your life to see it to the very end. I'll never preach CrossFit as the most elite form of working out. It's just about being moderately good at different forms of working out and that's okay. If you do any kind of exercise or physical activity, I applaud you. Go out there and get em. From my first week doing CrossFit to now. Here's to 3 years with @alpha_omega_crossfit and many many more.
