I tried quince for the first time and it was yummy!!! It had a similar texture to pear and tasted a bit sweet, and a bit sour, like cooking apple! 🍐🍏 I poached my sliced quince in 150ml red wine, 100g sugar, 0.5tsp orange essence and 0.5 juice of lemon, covered with foil, at 200°C for approx 40mins (or until soft).

 I ate it warm with yoghurt and some of the sauce and a drizzle of golden syrup. 😋😋

INGREDIENTS 
70g oats 
216g banana (2 large bananas)
60g @tonysfeirsdesignerphysique vanilla pea protein (SARAH15 for your discount) 
4 large free range eggs
125 blueberries 
20 lite nuttelex

METHOD
Soak oats with 1/2 hot water for approx 10 mins until softened and all the liquid is absorbed 
Mash banana 
Beat eggs well and add to banana 
Add protein powder and soaked oats 
Melt nuttelex and add to mixture
Add a little water if too thick
Fold in blueberries
Pour into a lined baking dish 
Bake in a fan forced oven for about 30-40 mins at 200*C until skewer comes out clean
Allow to cool before slicing .

Spider biscuits

Ingredients
🕷 70g butter, softened
🕷 50g peanut butter
🕷 150g golden caster sugar
🕷 1 medium egg
🕷 1 tsp vanilla extract
🕷 180g plain flour
🕷 ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
🕷 20 peanut butter cups, Rolos or Maltesers
🕷 100g milk chocolate, chopped
🕷 icing eyes, or make your own

Method
1️⃣ Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line two baking sheets with parchment. Using an electric hand whisk, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugar together until very light and fluffy, then beat in the egg and vanilla. Once combined, stir in the flour, bicarb and ¼ tsp salt.

2️⃣ Scoop 18-20 tbsps of the mixture onto the trays, leaving enough space between each to allow for spreading. Make a thumbprint in the centre of the cookies. Bake for 10-12 mins or until firm at the edges but still soft in the middle – they’ll harden a little as they cool. Leave to cool on the tray for a few mins before topping each biscuit with a peanut butter cup, Rolo or Malteser. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

3️⃣ Heat the chocolate in the microwave in short bursts, or in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water, until just liquid. Scrape into a piping bag and leave to cool a little. Pipe the legs onto each spider, then stick two eyes on each. Leave to set. Will keep for three days in an airtight container.

It's so disappointing when you cut into a brown or squishy avocado but... all is not lost! Add the good bits to a vinaigrette (mash with lemon juice then add to good extra virgin or avocado oil, garlic, lemon juice/vinegar, salt, and pepper) and salvage what you can. It may not be quite what you envisioned but it's delicious over baby new potatoes with basil, tossed through a white bean salad, or through green beans with thyme.

Jeudi, je vais chercher mon panier de légumes à la ferme de la Tournichette. J'en profite pour acheter du pain de la Tartine errante et du fromage de la chèvrerie des Sabotiers. 
Et voilà donc notre repas du soir : SOUPE DE COURGETTES, CURRY ET CURCUMA, SALADE DE KALE , PAIN DE PETIT ÉPEAUTRE ET FROMAGE DE CHÈVRE. 
LA SOUPE : il suffit éplucher une grosse courgette, de la couper en morceaux ( avec le truc pour couper les pommes cela va vite ), d'eplucher et couper un oignon et de mettre le tout dans le faitout avec du curry, du curcuma et un peu de moutarde anglaise en poudre. Je couvre d'eau et je fais mijoter à feu doux une vingtaine de minutes. Ensuite je mixe avec la girafe.

LA SALADE DE KALE : tout est dans l assaisonnement -> 1cc de miso brun, 3 cs de vinaigre de cidre, 2 cs d'huile de noisette. Le tout dans un bocal, agité très fort. J'ai lavé le kale, déchiré les feuilles et massé le tout à la main avec la vinaigrette pour assouplir le chou. Puis j'ajoute une carotte et une poire coupées en cubes ainsi que quelques noisettes. 
Que du bonheur !

La meringue italienne est la. Meringue que j'utilise pour réaliser mes macarons.

Voici ma recette
50 ml d'eau
200 g de sucre
75 g de blanc d'œuf

Mettre le sucre et l'eau dans une casserole et faire cuire jusque 118 degrés.

Lorsque vous arrivez à 112 degré commencer à battre les blanc en neige en augmentant la vitesse petit à petit.

Une fois que votre sirop de sucre a atteint 118 degrés baisser la vitesse du robot et verser en filet votre sirop sur vos blanc tout en continuant de battre.
Battre jusqu'à refroidissement et obtention d'un bec d'oiseau.

Y aquí les comparto otro tipo de dulce de leche, es mas terroso y puedes darle forma, delicioso y adictivo.
Les dejo la receta.
1 lata de leche condensada, 500gr de azucar, 150gr de mantequilla, 1/2 taza de leche liquida 1cdta de vainilla.
Coloca todos los ingredientes en una olla y lleva a fuego lento, remueve con paleta de madera hasta espesar, retira del fuego y remueve 10 min mas y luego pasa a un envase previamente preparado con papel encerado, espera a que enfrie a temp ambiente y luego lleva a la nevera. Al paso de unas horas endurecera corta en cuadros, circulos, como desees y disfruta.

بقلة بزيت الزيتون والبندورة من المطبخ الفلسطيني
Purslane (Arabic: baqleh or rijleh) olive oil stew in tomato sauce ( palestinian cuisine)

كيلو  بقله او حسب الحاجه
1/2 كوب زيت زيتون 
بصله كبيره او اكثر مقطعه ناعم
كوبين عصير بندورة طازج او معلب
ملح

تنظف البقله( الأوراق والسيقان) من الحشائش وتغسل جيدا . ثم تفرم وتترك جانبا.

نضع وعاء الطبخ على النار ونضيف له زيت الزيتون والبصل المفروم 
نذبل البصل على نار متوسطه 
نضيف البقله المفرومه الى وعاء الطبخ مع التحريك حتى تذبل ... حوالي 5 دقائق
نضيف عصير البندورة ونترك الوعاء مغلق على نار متوسطه حتى تتسبك  البندورة ثم نضيف القليل من الملح

Purslane is a clover-like herb that bears small, paddle-shaped, dark green leaves on its stems. It's incredibly nutritious & rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, more-so than some fish oils. It's extremely versatile & can be used in salads, soups, stews, or even as a topping to pizzas! This recipe however, is the simplest yet most delicious way of putting this green to use. The recipe highlights the delicious flavour of the purslane, which turns a little sweet after it has been cooked. This is an extremely simple recipe, but I promise you, it's the simplicity of each bite that will have you shovelling up a plate like this one, with some warm bread, in no time.

Ingredients:
1 large chopped onion 
1/2 cup olive oil 
a bunch (1 Kg) of purslane
2 cups fresh or canned tomato juice 
Salt

Recipe:
-Wash the purslane very well
-Roughly chop the purslane, both leaves and stems.
- In a pot on medium heat, sauté chopped onions in olive oil.
-Add the chopped purslane and sauté with the onion till the leaves have wilted (5 min)
-Add the tomato juice and leave on low heat for about 15 min
-Add a little salt
-Serve cold with pita bread and hot peppers. (Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for about 4 days.)
