I'm not a big fan of pancakes, I mean I only eat them if I'm in the mood for them 😁. This is a very easy and healthy recipe for oatmeal pancakes that is very quick to whip up with very simple ingredients. I used low-fat strawberry jam for the topping 😋, but of course you can choose whatever you like, but make sure that it is a healthy option.

Absolutely loved making (and eating) this peach cobbler, it was so easy to make and used canned peaches so can be made anytime of the year and was very in low cost but still packed the delicious fresh peach flavour 🍑 inspired by @thepioneerwoman recipe for peach cobbler I mixed canned peaches with 1 tbsp cornflour and place in your pie dish, then for the cobbler topping mix 80g butter with 160g flour until you get a fine breadcrumb consistency, then add 1 egg, 60 ml milk, 70g golden caster sugar, 1/2tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp baking powder. Dot topping over the peaches and sprinkle with Demerara sugar. . . . . . . . .

Absolutely loved making (and eating) this peach cobbler, it was so easy to make and used canned peaches so can be made anytime of the year and was very in low cost but still packed the delicious fresh peach flavour 🍑 inspired by @thepioneerwoman recipe for peach cobbler I mixed canned peaches with 1 tbsp cornflour and place in your pie dish, then for the cobbler topping mix 80g butter with 160g flour until you get a fine breadcrumb consistency, then add 1 egg, 60 ml milk, 70g golden caster sugar, 1/2tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp baking powder. Tostadas de Aguacate y Huevo⠀🥑🍞🍳 ⠀
Preparación: 10 minutos⠀
Cocción: 7 minutos⠀
Porciones: 4 porciones⠀
⠀
Ingredientes:⠀
4 Huevos⠀
8 Rebanadas de Pan de Proteína ⠀
2 Aguacates Medianos ⠀
2 Cdas de jugo de limón⠀ Sal⠀ Pimienta ⠀
2 Cdas de Chía⠀
2 Tazas de brotes …⠀
2 Cdas de Aceite de Oliva⠀
⠀
Pon a hervir un bol con agua. Cuando empiece a hervir coloca los huevos y cocina por 7 minutos. Pasado este tiempo detén la cocción introduciendo los huevos en agua fría. Pela y reserva.⠀

Tuesta ligeramente las rebanadas de pan, y coloca en una bandeja.⠀
⠀
Maja el aguacate y baña con el jugo de limón y distribuye el puré sobre las tostadas. ⠀
⠀
Coloca sobre cada una el huevo, sazona con sal y pimienta. Espolvorea con las semillas de chía, seguido de los brotes y baña todo con el aceite de oliva. ⠀

You can be eaten with garri soaked with sugar or garri mixed with the beans, You can be eaten alone and still taste awesome, You can be eaten with dry fish ,You can be eaten with roasted plantain ! Ingredients used in KOKUM PULIHORA
• Kokum - 20 grams.
• Rice(boiled) - 2 cup.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Ground nut - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Asafetida - 1 pinch.
• Chana dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chilies - 3 no.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.

Method:
Soak kokum in water for 30 minutes and squeeze water, later add to pan and boil it.
Heat oil in a pan, add ground nut and sauté it.
Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafetida, chana dal, urad dal, turmeric powder, green chilies and sauté it for a 1 minute.
Add this mixture to boiling kokum paste and add salt and mix nicely.
If required add little of kokum pulp and cook it until it become thick mixture and oil losing out.
Switch off flame and add required quantity to rice bowl and mix nicely. Garnish it with Mint leaves.
Serve it hot.

Da qualche anno ho scoperto che mi piace assai na cosa: il #farro. Pecchè è sapurit, è callus (come il grano nella pastiera che se non lo lasci intero sei una cattiva persona), è buono caldo, è buonissimo freddo, e puoi mangiarlo in tre miliardi di modi. Qui è quando me lo sono fatto tipo risotto con cozze, vongole veraci e fasolari, risottando il farro nei succhi dei tre frutti di mare aperti prima. Buon appetito ❤️ #puokemed

Chicken: 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Sugar, 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Salt, Pepper, 400g Pre-Cut Chicken Thigh
Seasoning: 2 Tbsp Sugar, 4 Tbsp Corn Syrup, 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 3 Tbsp Hot Sauce, 6 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 3 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 150ml Water, Garlic, Scallion
Garnish: 1 Handful Chopped Scallion, Sesame Seeds

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, bit of salt and bit of pepper to make seasoning. Spread the seasoning on 400g of pre-cut chicken thigh.
2. Add 2 Tbsp sugar, 4 Tbsp corn syrup, 2 Tbsp red pepper powder, 3 Tbsp hot sauce, 6 Tbsp soy sauce, 3 Tbsp red pepper paste, 150ml water, whole garlic and scallion into a pot. Boil for 10 minutes to make Fire sauce.
3. Grill seasoned chicken thigh on a grill pan.
4. Push grilled chicken thigh to the side.
5. Add boiled ramen noodle on the other side and add fire sauce. Garnish with 1 handful of chopped scallion and sesame seeds.
