✅филе куриное - 1 шт;
✅сливки жирные - 100 г;
✅лук репчатый - 1 шт;
✅чеснок - 1 зубчик;
✅мускатный орех - щепотка;
✅черный перец, соль - по вкусу;
✅сухарики чесночные (для подачи).

🍄 КАК ГОТОВИТЬ🍄
1. Залейте очищенные грибы и промытое куриное филе холодной водой, доведите до кипения и варите около часа.
2. Нарежьте репчатый лук и зубчик чеснока кубиками, обжарьте на небольшом количестве растительного масла до золотистого цвета.
3. Слейте готовый бульон в отдельную емкость, а куриное филе с грибами, луком и сливками пюрируйте погружным блендером до однородности.
4. Постепенно добавляйте бульон, доводя суп-пюре до нужной консистенции.
5. Однородный суп-пюре заправьте специями и солью. Подавайте с чесночными гренками 🥖

Secukupnya Makaroni setengah matang, (saya cuma pakai segenggam makaroni)
Secukupnya Kerupuk merah, (saya pakai cuma beberapa keping kerupuk aja
1/4 buah Tomat, potong tipis vertikal
4 Bunga Bawang, potong kecil
Secukupnya Sawi
2 siung Bawang Putih
5 Cabe Rawit Merah
1/2 sdt/secukupnya Merica bubuk
Secukupnya Garam, Kaldu bubuk
Secukupnya Air

Cara Membuat :
1. Tumis bawang putih, merica cabe, masukkan telur buat orak arik, tambahkan air lalu masukkan mie kering, kerupuk merah, bola ikan, sosis, makaroni setengah matang, tomat dan bunga bawang. Masak sebentar saja.
2. Lalu masukkan sawi, tambahkan garam dan kaldu bubuk. Cek rasa. Angkat dan sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

✔️1 taza de avena
✔️1/2 taza de harina integral
✔️1 manzana roja
✔️2 huevos
✔️1/2 taza de leche ✔️2 cdas de coco rallado
✔️1 cda de canela
✔️1 cda de polvo para hornear
✔️8 cdas de azúcar mascabo o 6 sobres de stevia
🔺Extra:
✔️Puñado de nueces
✔️Mermelada de peras (o la que tengas)
📌Pones todos los ingredientes en la licuadora y licuas por 8 minutos. Cuando licuas la preparación le estas agregando aire, eso lo hace mucho más esponjoso. De todas maneras, es un budin húmedo.
📌Precalentas el horno a fuego medio o 180 grados. Pasas la 3/4 parte de la mezcla a una budinera, agregas unas cditas de mermelada de peras y un puñado de nueces picadas. Agregas el 1/4 de preparación restante y tapas la mermelada y nueces. Llevas al horno por 35/40 min. Drinks: #chicha de #arroz
Ingredientes:

1 taza de arroz
7 tazas de agua
2 tazas de leche de vaca líquida
1 lata de leche condensada
½ cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
2 cucharadas de azúcar
Hielo picado
Canela en polvo 
Preparación:

Un día antes, lava el arroz y colócalo junto con dos tazas de agua en remojo hasta el día siguiente.

Escurre el arroz. En una olla amplia, coloca el arroz junto con las 5 tazas de agua restantes y llévalo a ebullición, bajo fuego moderado, hasta que el arroz esté muy blando. 
Este proceso tarda 40 minutos aproximadamente. 
El contenido de la olla lo llevas a la licuadora y lo bates muy bien. 
Añade el líquido a una jarra o recipiente grande, ahí incorpora las tazas de leche, la leche condensada y mezcla todo.
No olvides colocar los cubitos de hielo y la esencia de vainilla. 
Deja enfriar. 
Sirve con más hielo. 
Agrega arequipe y bate y por encima canela ¡Disfruta!

Ингредиенты:
🔅500 г КАЧЕСТВЕННОГО, не содержащего лишней влаги/сыворотки творога
*Я взяла 440г творога «Простоквашино" жирностью 9%. Из этого творога у вас гарантированно получатся красивые и вкусные шарики!
🔅3 яйца
🔅100 - 120 г сахара
🔅ванилин
🔅1/4 ч ложки соли
🔅250 - 300 г муки (до нужной консистенции)
🔅7 г (1 ч ложка с небольшой горкой) разрыхлителя
🔅сахарная пудра для посыпки
🔅растительное масло для жарки

Приготовление.
В миску помещаем: яйца, сахар, соль, ванилин, творог.
Разминаем массу вилкой (или толкушкой).
Перемешиваем до однородного состояния.
Добавляем (через сито) муку смешанную с разрыхлителем.
Замешиваем очень мягкое, липкое (не крутое) тесто.
Даём тесту "отдохнуть" 20 минут при комнатной температуре..
❕Если вы достали продукты из холодильника❄️, то дайте отдохнуть тесту не меньше 40 минут.
Слегка присыпая тесто мукой (или смазывая руки маслом), формируем небольшие шарики (размером с грецкий орех).
Обжариваем шарики в сковороде с толстым дном, в большом количестве разогретого растительного масла (t фритюра 150-160'С), на СРЕДНЕМ огне, по 3-4 минуты с каждой стороны.
Выкладываем готовые пончики на бумажное полотенце сложённое в несколько слоёв. Посыпаем сахарной пудрой.

My guilty pleasure is most definitely GOAT CHEESE. So for this beautiful Sunday post workout salad:

Roasted brussel sprouts with Goat cheese.
I've oven roasted some brussel sprouts and mushrooms in a 200°C oven for 25 minutes with: 1 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tsp smoked paprika, a little bit of cayenne, 1tsp garlic-pepper and a dash pink Himalayan salt.

Added the goat cheese the last 10 minutes.
Finished it of with 1tbsp coconut aminos.

I've added the roasted veggies to a bowl filled with spinach and lettuce.

Simple, easy, DELICIOUS.

It’s a hybrid of my grandmother’s ham, which is really every grandmother’s ham from the 1950s minus the maraschino cherries and my cousin Ed’s affinity for brown sugar and patience. Rub it down. Wait a day. Cover it with pineapple and roast. No glazing. No messing with it while it cooks. Just brown sugar and clove (my addition) and you will have a succulent sweet and salty ham worthy of your holiday table. I had such an amazing day yesterday at Ceramic Art London. It was so incredible to see such a high quality of work and I found it quite unbelievable how much variety there was just within one medium.
