The past 56 hours, I managed to get a whole forty-five minutes sleep... doesn't sound like alot, and it's not 😭
I keep trying to get into a routine at night, but nothing works more then once 😭 you would think taking two sleeping pills every night, I'd get sleep...but nope..can't shut my brain off...
So tonight, I figure i'd keep going outside, in the freezing cold, until my brain freezes... shouldn't take much...not much up there 😜😂😂
It's actually really nice out tonight, considering we had a bit of a storm today...
Time to exercise my lungs 😊 and find a movie to watch .

Novar Sports Physio is excited to welcome Remedial Massage Therapist, Pam Watkinson, who will be operating out of the Novar Sports Physio Clinic 4 days per week!
Pam completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2012 through the Australian College of Massage at Norwood. After completing her Diploma in Remedial Massage therapy, Pam worked in Ceduna from 2012 to 2019 where she was exposed to a wide range of muscular conditions. While working in Ceduna, Pam was involved with multiple football and netball clubs, working as a Sports Trainer.
Pam’s availability at Novar Sports Physio will be:
Alternating Tuesdays 9am – 2pm
Wednesday 12pm – 7pm
Thursday 12pm – 7pm
Friday 9am – 2pm
Alternating Saturday 9am – 2pm
