Push4RehabIII comp. 198 open division. Went 5/5 1st and 1st place for the division. Played it smart and did what I needed to win each event. I’m most proud of my final event just had to send it. Thanks to the wifey @youbetchyaa1223, training partner and side bro @ragnaramsme and the @theironasylum team.

If you have a lagging body part, the answer is usually (read that as not at all) not to throw more volume at it in the hopes of making it grow. Chances are 1) you're not executing the movement properly or 2) the movement itself doesn't suit your leverages

The answer usually lies in point 1 - Execution. So take a step back and learn how to really execute the movement and if your body still doesn't respond, then take a look at point 2.

Think about it - if you've been doing s movement for X number of years and it's not working for you - why will it suddenly work when you add more sets/reps?!

Since I’m currently trying to build up my lower body, my diet has consisted of a caloric surplus (which just means I’m consuming more calories than I’m burning off) and I’m still incorporating cardio into my workout routine so that I maintain a fairly low body fat percentage. This seems to be working for me so far, BUT this method may not work for some people-it’s VERY important that you know your body type and what works for you! Once you know your body type and adjust your diet and workout accordingly, you will definitely see better results 👌🏼 On that note, hope you all have a wonderful start to your week and go be great today 💕

So after some early morning procrastination, I got up and got that work in the Iron Kingdom. Definitely felt good to have freedom of maneuver in there cause of the holiday. I got on the treadmill and in the sauna after my workout, then went to the mail room. I needed to reinforce my boot game, so I got more studs. The blue ones are reinforced with Kevlar. Getting in some reps for Jesus this Easter Sunday with THE ONE, THE ONLY @n_raab ! I made this video because the last time I did incline bench at this gym I was struggling and failed with only 55lbs! Today I was hitting 115 ! I have Nico to thank for all the progress I've made ! Yes, im the one lifting putting in the work but he is there for it all. Under the bar or not. He's continuously pushing me and teaching me the right way to do things. He keeps me on track even when I fuck around with my baby back bullshit!
