Confession - I have a butt load of photos that I’ve never posted. For various reasons. Some because of privacy and some get forgotten about. But also, choosing a photo to upload and write a caption on can sometimes take me hours 😂

That’s what I say is the main goal of solid training program. Something you enjoy, actually look forward to, and see results. Serious!
Many loath workouts, do things they hate, etc., it may work for some but for most, a positive stimulus, something YOU truly enjoy and look forward to is key in a successful program.
I’ve been training clients full time for over ten years, and have seen the majority that see long term success, and sustainable results look forward to their program. Some of the responses from online clients are like a kid a Christmas when their new phase hits their inbox.
A couple tips if you’re looking to start a wellness journey to keep it enjoyable and see progress.
1️⃣ Keep it simple, focus on the fundamentals. Learn how to Squat, Deadlift, Push, Pull and loaded carries. There’s so many variations of that, and if you’re training 3-4 days a week, a full body, compound lift approach is best.
2️⃣ Stick with it, remember up there where I said you look forward to it, and it’s sustainable Those are keys, as the change one wants, will likely take WAY longer than they expect! Plus, what do you do after You’ve got a full life ahead of you, so a plan that compliments it is best!
3️⃣ When in doubt, find a professional. I can’t stress enough the positive effect a coach can have with a program. They act like a bow, you are the arrow - they point you in the right direction, help you create momentum but you gotta go and hit the target yourself!
4️⃣ Much like workouts, in fact, more important that you enjoy it; what you eat everyday. You’ve heard that saying ‘You can’t out train a bad diet’, it’s 110% true. So get on a consistent nutrition plan, that ensures you don’t feel like you’re depriving yourself and revolves around eating plenty of whole, minimally processed foods!
5️⃣ coffee and plenty of it is key to a happy coach! Serious, it is!!!
Not sure where to start or fed up with not getting the results you want DM me on up, happy to point you in the right direction or go for a coffee and chat a bit more!
