Today, where we are suffering from depression, stress, anxiety and different types of disorders, it becomes necessary to heal ourself because it's gonna affect you , your surroundings and the condition may worsen, healing oneself may include filtering all your thoughts, looking back to everything you did at the end of the day and changing your thought pattern if it's negative or is affecting you,self checking everyday to make sure there is nothing harmful inside your mind or outside the world, helping yourself is most important,if your able to help yourself,you can help anyone!

Dude, I cried like there was not tomorrow. .
Non-stop. Every week. Anywhere. .
I remember crying a lot while driving (listening to The smiths, of course) or while at Costa Coffee. .
2019 was a year that was all about feeling.
No toxic positivity. No masking feelings. Speaking up about what is difficult. Speaking up about the uncomfortable. You know why Because turns out everyone knows someone who struggles with mental health. .
Speaking up because talking about mental health should be as normal as talking about a cold or a toothache. .
Embracing Grief was the topic. The grief of mum dying. Of not having her close. Of not being with her. Feeling the immense void she left behind. I have moved forward. Crying has helped me tremendously. And the more I cried, the more I was able to live my life and to make room for true joy, not fake plastic let me pretend I’m ok for the sake of it. Because that kind of “happiness” hurt me so much in the past. .
Grief sucks. But it was one of the greatest hits this year. And I’m ok with that. .

YOU DON’T ALWAY HAVE TO BE RIGHT.
I have a confession: I used to be quite reactive.
Cultivating mindfulness and emotional control has been a focus of mine this year, and it’s something I’ve grown to be quite good at.
Here’s a lesson for you: you don’t always have to be right.
Think about it: when someone hurls an accusation or provokes you, your natural response may be to retaliate. To defend. To prove that you are RIGHT.
May I suggest a healthier alternative
Disengage. Just momentarily.
You don’t have to respond to that text message.
You don’t have to retaliate to that person who cut you off in traffic.
You don’t have to correct that person who got some inconsequential piece of information wrong.
Not affirming that you are RIGHT doesn’t mean that you’re a pushover or that you’re WRONG.
It just means you’re conserving your energy for more productive pursuits.
