This week we are looking at 2 progressions from week 2👍

1. 2 KB Front Squat
The 2 KB Front Squat is a fantastic progression becuase it can load the core and quads to a higher degree, teaches us how to "brace" our core for heavier lifting and allows us to continue to progress in weight when arms/grip become the limiting factor in the goblet squat. 
2. Ultimate Sandbag Front Squat 
Sharing some benefits of the bear hug variation in week 2, this is a great progression if your weakness in squats is "losing" your upper back on the way up or on the way down and falling forward. It does this by increasing the involvement of the whole upper back musculature!

Sessions are semi private capped at 8 students per class so please sign up to make sure that the class you want to attend isn't full.
