What if we could go back in time and heal things that happened in the past? If our soul can travel in the dream world, then we have access to the flexible and timeless nature of the spirit. These are some thoughts that inspired this video collab with my friend Aeric. More specifically, i wanted to explore what it would be like to revisit and recreate my birthing experience; accessing whatever emotional, physical, energetic memory and information i have of this time period. One thing i know for sure, is my mother was experiencing layers of trauma around this time and there’s no way this didn’t impact me. But as i do intentional healing work on myself, i see how it not only supports my growth, but it also impacts my mother’s journey, and our relationship as a whole. It always comes full circle. We have done a lot to change our relationship for the better, but i think next steps for us is to continue to elevate our relationship in more nuanced ways. And so i float — feeling the support of salt water lifting me up and cleansing me; providing a nurturing, welcoming experience. And so i dance - releasing pain from this past time. Creating new cellular memory, impacting how i move in the world. This is part of my practice to heal my body, heal my heart and support my evolution. And whatever themes i’m working on personally, tends to show up in my art and #healherworkshops. Which is why recreating experiences through visualization and movement therapy are some of the tools we’ll be using in our upcoming Healing Mother Wounds workshop. If you got some mama trauma and self identify as women, you’re welcome to join us. We’re gathering for a very special intensive healing day, which i offer once a year in LA. We’ll be integrating therapeutic techniques to support new narratives while creating a space for us to breathe easier together. A space filled with support, understanding and love 💚💚💚 December 15th, 10-5pm. For more info, visit link in bio 💫 ⠀

One theme that kept coming up during last years #HealHerWorkshops tour was how to navigate challenging relationships with our mothers, and it made sense that this topic kept threading its way thru our work. Our relationship with our mother is a potent one and perhaps the biggest conduit shaping our identity and how we move in the world. Mothers represent a lot; they are our first teachers, our first introduction to the concept of a Creator - bringing us into the world and molding meaning into our very existence. Many of us carry mother wounds not only from our birthing experiences but from lifetimes of neglect, abuse and well-intentioned parenting that simply didn’t support our highest potential. Healing from these experiences can support us in living a more fulfilling life -- filled with courage, creativity, liberation and deep, authentic love. I’m incredibly grateful that my mother and I were able to transform a toxic relationship into one that is more honest, healthy, beautiful and ever-evolving. And while I look forward to sharing how we got to this place, I’m also clear that everyone has their own unique story and path. Which is why this workshop and all of my workshops are less about you learning from me and more about a space that supports you to go deeper within. Healing looks different for everyone and it doesn’t always mean that you’re able to have a positive interactive relationship. Sometimes healthy interaction is far from possible; sometimes it’s not safe to interact; sometimes it just isn’t time. Whatever your story is, there are always levels of healing that we can embrace when we’re ready to, and we invite you to do just that. If you’re interested in attending our upcoming intensive healing day, there’s a space just for you 💜 Check out more info at TatianaZamir.com 💫 #HealHerWorkshops

one of the ways i’ve been practicing healthy responses to people who have misshandled me is by going against my first instinct, which may involve wanting some type of revenge or punishment. perhaps saying hurtful things back, retreating or wishing the other party equal suffering. in some cases, this is how the younger me would have responded but where is the growth in that? where is justice in mirroring the tyrant or abuser? perhaps we can not stay close to people who have mishandled us and certainly in some cases distance is best. however, even when that’s the case, we have so many options on how to respond on a spiritual, emotional and energetic level. and as we understand a fuller picture of how interconnected we are, it’s inevitable that our responses to difficult situations will evolve. once i understood that hurt people hurt people, it’s become easier for me to have compassion, forgiveness and to send them love. it’s not always easy, especially at first, but it always feels better and the shift in the dynamic can be felt immediately. i’ve been practicing the hawaiian prayer ho’oponopono for years and i’ve found it extremely helpful. this prayer was used by clinical psychologist dr. stanley hew len and he was able to cure every patient in the criminally insane ward of a hawaii`i state hospital — without ever seeing a single patient. i know, it sounds unbelievable, but when you understand how powerful our thoughts, prayers and intentions are, it’s a lot easier to digest. he actually focused on healing himself which helped heal his patients simply by repeating this mantra: “i love you. i’m sorry. please forgive me. thank you.” i understand that saying sorry may feel disingenuous but i don’t necessarily think to myself that i’m personally sorry about something i dont believe i did, but i am sorry about the situation. i’m sorry that this person is in enough pain that they felt the need to inflict that pain upon me. and i’m definitely sorry to my own spirit-body for what it had to endure. i’m sure some will feel resistant to ho’oponopono but it’s worth trying if you care to salvage a relationship, situation or simply desire peace in your heart...

i’m realizing more and more how travel can be a quick way to connect to the deeper parts of you that desire to be acknowledged, held, seen and cared for. my trip to ny was emotional, beautiful, fun, challenging and filled with so much love and joy. it was absolutely amazing, even the tests! mainly because the lessons were so clear, important and valuable. and i’ve made peace with the fact that growth is often painful and so i embrace it. especially if it means i get to come out on the other side wiser, refined and more in tune with myself. i’m returning home with a full heart and an exhausted body that needs rest and a serious detox cuz i ate everything, lol. i need a vacation from my vacation so catch me at the korean spa drinking a green juice and probably still not responding to over 12,000 emails cuz #selfcare #andthatsjusthowitis #ineedsleep #howdofolksrespondtoalltheiremails #shitihavealotofworktodo #itwasworthitthough #travelwithtati #shehealher

my body was shaking as i told my Airbnb host that i was canceling my stay and leaving her place a week early. without going into detail, the few days i stayed there was very triggering and the experience had a strong impact on my body. some of the symptoms included nausea for three days straight. i knew that i needed to dance because it’s one of the fastest ways for me to return to myself. and since one of the reasons i came to new york was to participate in a dance intensive, the opportunity couldn’t have been more timely. long story medium 😝 the first two classes i took back to back resurrected my joy to the point where tears came to my eyes, but i held back in attempts to stay present with the movement. during the second class there were moments where i was afraid to trust my body with learning a new technique. my instructor noticed moments of struggle and at the end of class he gave us a short inspirational talk which concluded with, “dance is like love, you have to have no fear in order to fully receive it.” something about those words penetrated my heart and this time there was no holding back the tears softly flowing down my face. i went to the restroom and that’s when i really let it out — one of them ugly, snotty, body shaking cries. and i could tell i was releasing mixed tears. on one hand i felt my body releasing fear, sadness, grief, anger and pain from what i had been going thru and the rest were tears of blissful joy. i truly felt transformed from moving my body and i just continue to be in awe of what this art form does for me. dance is a gift that continues to not only elevate my spirit-body but also provides memory of who and what i am. i‘ve been processing some of my recent challenges with a few loved ones, which has been great, but my body needed a separate process. a way to physically release, shift and embody a higher vibration, which is what i’m still feeling now. movement is a holy nutrient and it continues to feed me in life-giving ways, whether it’s thru a dance class or creative expression. i’m in deep gratitude for the healing medicine it always provides 🙏🏾 ... continued in comments ..... #improv #healingthroughmovement #SheHealHer 💕

One of the reasons i created #HealHerWorkshops is to provide a space for women to navigate stress in a creative way and to encourage post traumatic growth. And while my original intention was to provide this service for others, there is not one workshop where i didn’t personally gain a deeper sense of purpose, inner peace and liberation. The parallel process is so important and i know that i can’t hold healing spaces for others if I’m not continuing to heal myself. Which is why I’m grateful that we get to do this together. ⠀
⠀
There are two opportunities this year to experience #HealHerWorkshops:⠀
⠀
✨Healing Mother Wounds: Intensive Healing Day, December 15th in Los Angeles. ⠀
✨ #HealHerInBali: A Yoga, Dance and Healing retreat November 3rd-9th. ⠀
⠀
Info on both of these offerings are available on our website — TatianaZamir.com ⠀

If either speak to you, then we hope to see you there 💫 #SheHealHer 💗⠀

⁣One of the reasons I believe in miracles is because of the transformative healing experience I had with my mother about 9 years a go. Long story short, my mother was an alcoholic and drug addict who was emotionally abusive and neglectful in many ways. Most of the time we both felt a deep heaviness connected to the constant turbulence that manifested in our relationship. And after years of disrespect and disfunction, I truly believed that we were a hopeless cause. Still, I always felt love for my mother. There were just more times than not where I wanted nothing to do with her. Remembering what caused that level of pain brings tears to my eyes — not because of the hardship but because I don’t feel that way anymore and what once felt impossible became an undeniable reality. As a result of both of us desiring a healthier pattern, we engaged in some intentional healing work, which eventually shifted our dynamic and changed our relationship forever. My mother went from being the biggest monster in my life to one of the most generous, giving, supportive, transformative beings I’ve ever known. And while our relationship is definitely not perfect, I can truthfully say that major shifts have occurred and the evolution of our relationship continues to unfold in unbelievable ways. Our story is birthed in oceans of pain but it’s also sprinkled with miraculous miracles. And I look forward to sharing what lead to those miracles in our upcoming “Healing Mother Wounds” workshop.⠀ ⠀
.
This workshop is for womyn who desire healing in their relationship with their mothers. And I can testify that this work ripples into all of our relationships; including the relationship with our children, our partners, our friends, our creativity, our career, our community and of course ourselves. I most definitely don’t have all the answers but I’m happy to share what led to our transformative healing journey -- because this theme is dear to my heart and I’m committed to creating sacred spaces where we can learn together, support each other and let truth, forgiveness and love lead the way. ⠀

collective evolution cannot happen without authenticity and yet making authentic choices may leave some folks feeling excluded. it‘s not always an easy decision but it’s a practice i believe is valuable for everyone to engage in. to be guided by discernment keeps us in alignment with integrity and supports a world where the foundation is built on the pillars of truthfulness. this means that in the process of evolving, feelings will get hurt, and sometimes we are the ones feeling hurt and left out. which often times not only brings up emotional pain and possibly disappointment in others but also triggers insecurities of not being enough. and yet that’s the beautiful, bittersweet part — that we have an opportunity for growth. an opportunity to deepen conscious love for ourselves instead of seeking it in places that may not be able to reciprocate. and while trying not to hurt feelings is a lofty attempt and ideal when applicable, i think we also have to surrender to the fact that it will happen and that maybe it’s not always a bad thing. maybe that exclusion awakens someone in a way that supports their inner growth and sometimes the growth of the relationship that is desired. at the very least it’s an opportunity to dig deeper into our inner work and tend to what’s calling to be healed. and when we answer that call, hopefully we come out the other side feeling more in our power. not as easily offended. remembering our worth. and when it applies, perhaps not seeking out unbalanced relationships that trigger old wounds. let us nurture relationships where connection is easy, organic, and their is an undeniable mutual love. let us see the best in each other and remember that most of us really are doing the best we can with the tools we got. may we remember we are deserving of pure love and all good things in our grasp. may we appreciate the quality relationships we have that honor our light. and when feelings do get hurt, may forgiveness blow in the wind as we remember our wholeness and reflect that back into all hearts that cross our path.⠀

Feeling at home in my new re-imagined vintage Caroline dress made by the lovely @byellowtail. When my sis Bethany came to one of my #healherworkshops she said it was one of the only experiences she had that reminded her of being home, within her indigenous community. I took this as a huge honor and compliment 🙏🏾 We see each other. We support each other and are connected through a mutual desire to offer safe, conscious creations that encourage womyn to feel a sense of peace, belonging and home. I love how this mutual feeling came full circle within our friendship and healing art creations. Plus I think it’s a special and important feeling to acknowledge and have. Do you know what and who encourages you to feel a sense of home? Tell me dear one in comments below👇🏾

I had a session with one of my favorite medical intuitive’s and I asked her about my lower back pain. She gave some wonderful suggestions but here’s the insight that struck me the most. She asked, what would you do if your back was pain-free? I replied, I would go back to doing everything I did before. She said, that’s part of the issue. You’re trying to go back and it’s time to move forward. It’s also time for you to start thinking bigger in certain areas of your life, especially with work. I remember thinking, whoa, that’s some deep ish 🌀And i realized that i get really comfortable and dedicated to old patterns, especially if they seem to be working. They say if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, right? But even if it ain’t broke that doesn’t mean there’s not a way for something to work better. Perhaps it’s time for improvements or time to try something new — Ideas that are infused with more passion, purpose and innovation. Maybe it’s time to stop playing small and embody my highest potential. To take advantage of my capacity to grow, expand and take up more space. So here I am here. Practicing how to embody more so that I have more to give 💜🙌🏾 #mindbodyconnection #holistichealth #SheHealHer

I’ve been home from Bali for about 3 months and I’m kind of amazed at how much things have shifted for me since that breathtaking trip. No matter what tests get thrown my way, there’s an inner peace I’ve been able to hold onto and I’m cherishing every moment of it. Getting away from the city and investing in my #selfcare is always a sure way for me to return home to my true self. This is one of the many reason I’m so excited to go back and even more excited to take some of y’all with me! ⠀

If yoga on the beach, dance classes and healing workshops sounds up your alley then this retreat might be for you. ⠀

⁣Sometimes unfortunate circumstances bring you closer to the ones you love. I’ve been taking granny to a bunch of doctor appointments over the last few months and there’s still quite a few more to go. These have been some of my toughest days for various reasons but the good news is her health is getting better and we’ve been able to spend more time with each other. ⠀

Granny was my best friend growing up. We did everything together. She took me to parks, museums, opera’s, theater shows and introduced me to my love for dance. She was my constant chauffeur and now i get to be that for her. So grateful to be the granddaughter of one of the most brilliant, beautiful, spiritual, powerhouses that I know. Love you granny!⠀⠀

Spent the weekend praying, singing, meditating, dancing, swimming, massaging, supporting, connecting, laughing, crying, sleeping, sharing meals and creating deep soul connections with these beauties. I’m eternally grateful for your love, friendship and sisterhood. Seriously don’t know how I would thrive without y’all and so many not pictured in this frame. I continue to fall more in love with the power, holistic intelligence and spiritual capacity of women. May we keep loved ones close who elevate our spirit and reflect back the truth of who we really are. #axé #sisterhood #SheHealHer 💜

Just a friendly reminder and affirmation 🙌🏼💛
-
It’s so easy for me some days to get distracted with the world and the whirlwind AND entertainment it so effortlessly provides, but each day gets more and more clear about how I have a purpose on this earth and it is my job and responsibility to honor it.
-
I am responsible for the time that I am here.
-
What do you believe your purpose is being here? We all have so many at the same time! I’d love to know one!
-
I’ll tell you one of mine is to always create something artistically beautiful each day, it feeds my soul and helps beautify people’s day when I release them publicly.

Don’t you just LOVE this shot of @socaldixie for her business @tribalrevelry ? I’m truly obsessed!
-
She is a bright soul that took the step of trusting my artistic eye that would best showcase her spirit.
-
She trusted me and my direction of her poses and, at times, I could tell she wasn’t fully sure what I was aiming at, but when she saw the final shots, she was relieved and so happy she put her trust me.
-
Trusting the photographer is a big obstacle many women face when finding one to best capture their essence and brand. I completely understand as to why, there are a lot of people who have given photographers a questionable reputation.
-
One of the gifts and abilities I have as a male photographer running a brand for women entrepreneurs is my ability to fully show up and be supportive of you without ANY of my stuff coming up. I have no problem with letting a woman SHINE and be the bright sparkly and dazzling spirit she is.
-
We need the spotlight to be on women healers right now. There are so many doing amazing work and for some reason are still looked down upon. It’s suppressive and unjust, which is why I took it upon me to really shine a bright, noble and service-full spotlight on these wondrous entrepreneurs.
-
I have a few intro spots left to my photographer packages, and if you’d like, let’s set up a discovery session to explore options of working together and bringing your brand to its next level, just hit the link in my bio to set up at call!

“I don’t want to be seen too much throughout my work, people don’t care what I look like!”
-
Can I be honest with you? In 2019, to be taken seriously and attract really invested potential clients to the doorstep of your work, you must been at the forefront of your business.
-
Back 15 years ago, it wasn’t like this, but it is now. We are in the era of personal branding where people WANT to feel the connection and readiness of you showing up to support their lives! Branding photographs are the 1st step to achieving a cohesive and magnetic business model that eventually barrels into a self sustaining structure, and all you need to do is take a step up to the lens and exude your effervescent, grounded, and beautiful design.

I LOVE this shot I did with @tatianazamir. Our work together really busted a common obstacle: TIME.
-
Tatiana was a busy bee around the time we did our shoot, but she made time, was fully prepared and completely devoted herself into investing in new branding images for her business.
-
In turn she was able to use those images to generate more income so that she could take more time for herself in the future.
-
This is one of the big outcomes of branding your business with high frequency photos, you are investing in your future freedom of time! Allowing the photos to do the WORK for you, convey the MESSAGE and ENERGY that you evoke, and compelling your future clients of your service, all while you’re taking a nap or going for a walk.
-
Now doesn’t that just sound like bliss? Plus! you don’t have to pay hourly to your photos for doing the work for you😂

Loneliness or alienation is something I’ve personally experienced and have witnessed from women entrepreneurial healers all around.
-
It can feel like a life trick. Here you are, established, working with your gifts and doing what you know you’re on earth to do, and yet, people still don’t get it, leading you to feel alienated or outcasted, even though you’ve done all your work.
-
Even family looks at you like: “wow… she’s making money from that?… okay.. didn’t think it would work”, or a sudden shift from doubt to enamored from disbelievers all because they see you THRIVING monetarily.
-
Trust me, especially in my work with @sundarhya and its bird nest point of view it offers, there are lots of women just like you who experience the same sense of seclusion. Its not reality though. As in, you really aren’t alone.
-
When you put yourself out there, fully actuated and in your vibration, stepping towards higher levels, that vibration attracts it’s own same frequency and doesn’t settle for much less. There are people who are thirsting to be around thriving, embodied, “done their work” women, and we are here to support and help you thrive even more.
-
I promise you! You aren’t alone, the right people are just finding their way to you!

You must be “humble” and be behind the scenes of your business because you are the supportive healer. That you can’t be too visible to your clients because they’ll start to focus on you instead of your service.
-
I want to lovingly let you know that thats a complete utter MYTH with no service to your purpose.
-
Being at the forefront of your business is not egoic, it is embodying your purpose. Clients take entrepreneurs much more seriously and purposefully when they see you at your highest level on camera. They are more willing to invest their time and money with someone who is well rounded in every aspect of their business model, which includes beautifully branded photographs.
-
It is a pivotal & vital element to your marketing! They’ll know that you are the ambassador of your message, that you have arrived fully for them, and you aren’t afraid to be present in every way for them.
-
Photography in its purest form is the art of capturing energy, and I make sure that we don’t make it about ego, but about your service, your purpose, and your soulful design!

This year I choreographed, performed and produced a sold out show which highlighted artists of color via dance and live music #InMySkin317
.
Initiated my first #HealHerWorkshops tour which also sold out but more importantly were some of the most beautiful, powerful and inspiring days of the year. .
.
Celebrated 8 years of teaching weekly #AfroHipHopDance classes!
.
Practiced vulnerable creativity by sharing clips of raw, impromptu, improvisational performance art on IG, which is huge for me because I usually only share things that are more polished and orchestrated and I wanted to push myself in this way so we out here winning as #TatiMoves. .
.
Practiced loving my husband better and persevered thru the most challenging time of our marriage. More on that later. .
.
Found a way to support my family thru some major tests + take granny to a bunch of full day doctors visits during the busiest work time of the year. .
.
Also started planning a women’s healing retreat in Bali for fall of next year which I’m super excited about!! #SheHealHer
.
I have a really good feeling about 2019. Like it stirs me up in the best way. Whether you’re feeling down or hopeful about the future, setting goals or setting intentions to not set goals, I pray we find more peace in our hearts and rely on each other more. Here’s to experiencing an abundance of joy, love, creativity, soul nourishing experiences and dreams fulfilled. Thanks for sharing this journey with me. Much love fam 💓🙌🏾

I want to be brave with creative expression. I want to nurture her in practice with a level of commitment that matches my inner passion. sometimes these tests
be too much to carry
gotta shake off yesterday
create space between each
rib cage to fill with honey
with breath
eternal life
moving forward
one step at a time
reaching, grasping
bathing in visions
of promise .

so grateful and humbled by today’s Heal Her Workshop which was the last one of the season. the timing could not have been more perfect after such an intense, political, emotional week. i strongly believe we are birthing the promise of a new tomorrow and as we know, birthing pains can be extremely painful and often times feel unbearable. keep breathing. take it slow if you need to. these social contractions are simply part of the process but we will survive our personal and collective trauma by supporting each other. please reach out to your people and spend quality time with loved ones. find gatherings of like minded folks and healing spaces that speak to you. feel the pain then find healthy ways to release it and then go breathe some more. how can you recharge? how can you nourish yourself when you feel depleted? maybe you need to be alone for a while but please remember to return to community when you’re ready. there is so much power, transformation and unifying solutions when we come together, plus we’re living in a time where we truly need each other, perhaps more than ever before. i know i do which is why I’m incredibly grateful to the women that showed up today. thank you for trusting me to hold honest space for you. thank you for showing up for yourself and other women who need what you got to give - those spiritual gifts that are filled with so much courage, wisdom and love. you became a healing balm to many wounds that had been cut open. let’s keep the magic, conscious support and tender love flowing, however that may look to you 💗💫 #SheHealHer #HealHerWorkshops #WeGonBeAlright

I see y’all puttin’ in work. Changing the status quo. Slowly shifting the equilibrium. Doing your best to love and embrace your body while trying to dismantle life times of oppression, patriarchy and abuse. Often times leaving scars that manifest themselves through bodily pain, illness and emotional weight that can feel to heavy to carry. Most of your work may be quiet and internal but trust me when I say that’s the work that matters most. Your cells are downloading new messages that will not only transform your own body but will also whisper a soft revolution into the cells of women near you and future generations to come. Keep going. Keep loving yourself. Keep remembering that you are beautiful just the way you are. #SheHealHer

Keep going. Still feeling high vibes from facilitating a #movementtherapy workshop this past weekend at Sage Sistahs LA Conference -Celebrating The Aging Journey. Holding space for mindbody connections, joy and healing in a way that seems to give back tenfold is a blessing i don’t take for granted. And you know I had to sneak in a little #AfroHipHopDance cuz that’s how we do! .
.
Btw there are 4 Thursday night classes left in 2018 + our 8 Year Anniversary class with live drumming is coming up on the 25th! Can’t wait ❤️💃🏽

Give yourself time to rest
Give yourself time to grieve
Give yourself time to pray
Give yourself time to breathe
Give yourself time to dance
Give yourself time to love
Give yourself time to laugh
Give yourself time to dream
Give yourself time to create
Give yourself time to forgive
Give yourself time to heal

I used to wake in the middle of the night gasping for breath. I was sure these night terrors were remnants of ancestral trauma. Every time I screamed myself into a sitting position and every time I saw images of white hoods with torches burning fire around my house. On top of the night terrors, I have always struggled with falling a sleep. A couple years a go I discovered that amethyst is one of the stones that helps with peaceful sleep. Out of all of my baby crystals I just so happened to own two large amethyst. I began sleeping with them next to my bed and I kid you not, I never had a night terror again. except for that one time I was traveling and forgot to pack them. I honestly thought that maybe it would help a little, but i’m still blown away at how this power stone has supported me and transformed my relationship with sleep. But that’s not it’s only superpower. Some of its properties include:
.
✨Mood support: promoting a calm, balanced and peaceful state .
.
✨Enhances psychic and intuitive abilities
.
✨Provides protection and supports the release of addictions .
.
✨Facilitates meditation and communication with ones guides/angels .
.
✨Supports healthy communication such as active listening/receiving ideas as well as expressing ideas/emotions .
.
✨Helps with difficult decision making .
.
✨Supports the immune system .
.
✨And the list goes on! May you get some good #crystaltherapy if working with these gems resonates with you. Because this particular stone has special meaning to me in addition to its healing properties aligning with many of my intentions, i have been incorporating amethyst in my #HealHerWorkshops
.
✨Btw LOS ANGELES 9/15 Workshop is SOLD OUT! I may be adding a second LA workshop to the calendar soon. Please let me know if you’re interested in attending 💜✨

Part 3: it wasn’t until the last five minutes of a three hour jam session that we began to understand what this piece is really about - overcoming fears of truly being seen and embracing parts of my body i was taught to hate. it’s a process. it takes a lot of conscious effort to dismantle years of oppressive behavior. it’s also taken me years to relinquish control over many situations. i understand it’s been a coping mechanism but I’ve been working on a new approach. i’m a planner. i usually see the end of a project in the beginning, which isn’t a bad thing. but I’ve been practicing letting go. learning how to be more curious with the creative process verses feeling the need to map out what everything is gonna look like from the jump. leaving space for true collaboration. leaving space for the unknown. leaving space for the Creator to move thru me. .

We need spaces where we can decompress, move freely and feel comfortable in our skin. Spaces where we can express ourselves creatively and tap into the magic that desires to flow through us. Spaces where we can play, have fun and also go as deep within as needed in order to clear the noise around us and connect with that inner knowing that brings true peace of mind. Spaces where we can really be ourselves and allow our authenticity to vibrate out through our pores. Giving everyone around us permission to breathe easy and let love connect us to something greater than ourselves. My hope is that these upcoming Heal Her workshops will be that type of space that encourages so many wholesome womyn to get exactly what they need to support them through life’s challenges. Perhaps this type of space is exactly what you or someone you know is longing for and could benefit from being supported in this way. •
