It also challenges the core when reversing back through to your starting position. Give it a go 🤙🏼

This mornings workout was a pull workout, here are a few clips of my favorite exercises from pull day. It’s Friday, so close to the weekend and the last thing I wanted to do this morning was get up. I know myself and if I don’t give myself a good reason to get up in the morning or if I don’t get everything ready so I can get ready while I’m zombie mode then I most likely won’t follow through. So if I can give any advice for morning workouts is to find your motivation, whatever it is and use that to get you out of bed then set it up for the easiest most simple morning routine, make the process between getting up and getting to the gym as streamline as possible. The early alarm will always suck but when you follow through you will realize it’s worth it! • •

Like i said I typically don’t spend too much time doing arms just for the fact that my arms are already where i want them to be, just working on small things for more definition.💡Those 10 second holds with the dumbbell curls are🔥and will also result in a 🤢 Pump. This exercise (lying cable laterals) was taken from the Push workout that @davebautista used in his workout plan to get in shape for Avengers Infinity War (as written in @mensjournal).
