ACHIEVEMENT TIME ✅ Yesterday I ticked off a massive accomplishment and that was wearing a sports bra and my tights only to the gym. I have never felt so confident in my life and I owned it. It made my workout out 110% better because I felt so good! It’s amazing how something can change your mind set so much! You think everyone is looking at you and do you know what they probably are cause you look so good 🙏🏼 Thanks to Amin for making something I feel so comfortable in 💞 - on a side note, look at how great my back and shoulders are forming!! When prepping, everyone starts to see the cuts come in sooner for certain areas than others. For me, my back and shoulders start to lean out early while my quads are stubborn [email protected]ard$. With this prep, I have already begun to incorporate 45min of cardio 5 times a week. The first 6 weeks of my (very slow) cut have come and gone.. and I think it’s safe to say that I’m content with the progress made thus far. I’ve been able to drop 4 lbs (185 lbs➡️181 lbs), and drop about 2% bf (12%➡️10%). Can’t wait to see the finished product in mid May. 🤓

🔥HERE IS AN AWESOME SHOULDER SUPERSET TO USE AS A FINISHER. The 1st thing you’ll notice is the angle @princess_waffles is leaning at. WHY? Leaning at a steep angle increases the active range where the muscle is under high tension and positive torque. THIS MEANS YOU DON’T HAVE TO LIFT HEAVY IN ORDER TO CHALLENGE THE MUSCLE. This in turn also prevents you from excessively engaging your traps when executing an side raise. 🔥THE SECOND EXERCISE IS THE MONEY MAKE THOUGH. It might look like a regular press BUT IF YOU LOOK CAREFULLY YOU’LL NOTICE THE ELBOW REMAINS BENT AT THE SAME ANGLE — the flexing happens at the shoulder joint alone and not at the elbow as well.
