Guten Morgen #fitfam,

heute gibt es eines meiner Lieblingsbilder der Shootings mit @gb_fitness_photography .

Noch bin ich trotz #offseason in so ziemlich gleicher Form unterwegs und wäre jederzeit bereit für ein Fotoshooting. Ich muss auch sagen, ich fühle mich derzeit pudelwohl in meinem Körper. Trotzdem muss man im Bodybuilding langfristig planen und mein Hauptfokus bleibt die Wettkampfbühne und nicht ganz jährig in Form zu sein.
Wäre mein Hauptfokus #fitnessmodel oder #influencer zu sein wäre es von Vorteil durchgehend in Shootingform zu sein, aber nächstes Jahr auf der Bühne fragt niemand danach, wie schön mein Sixpack im Winter war.. Nein. Dort zählt nur wie viel Fortschritt man gemacht hat. Muskelmasse, Muskelhärte, Definition.. Alles wird knallhart bewertet.

Mir machen Fotoshootings echt Spass und das waren definitiv nicht die letzten.. Aber ich habe da noch etwas zu erledigen... in einen Siegerpokal passt mehr Eis🍦als in Platz 2 bis 4.. davon habe ich genug ☺✌ Also Vollgas... Kalorien rauf.. Offseason 2018 💪

Cheesecake: ❇️3 Blatt Gelatine (laut Pavkung vorbereiten)❇️2 Pipetten Flavdrops ❇️etwas Zitronensaft und ❇️500g Magerquark verrühren. Masse auf Boden verteilen und ein paar frische Beeren rein. Über Nacht in der Kühlschrank damit.😍Lecker schmecker! 👌Ich denke das ist ein Kuchen den jeder schafft 😀 So und ich pack jetzt meine Sachen, es geht ab in die Arbeit. Cheesecake: ❇️3 pieces of gelatin ❇️flavdrops ❇️a bit of lemon juice and ❇️500 g low-fat curd cheese.  Spread the mixture on the base and add some berries. Let set in the fridge overnight. Delicious! 👌So I pack my things now, it goes off to work. 😍 Have a sunny day 🌞😘

So here’s one from a couple weeks ago👍🏾👍🏾emphasis is on quads here and controlling the weight but past two weeks has been on glutes, hamstrings, entire posterior chain needs work. Most influence and training style comes from @mattjansen8 and @bradbrowe both attention to form and training till true failure is what growth is all about

No matter how many times you feel like quitting, Don’t quit. When you’re grinding at whatever you want to be or do in the future every single day, it will be worth it when everyone else that you knew then is still working a full time job as a waiter or waitress and you’re out being your own boss and living the dream financially free, that’s when you won’t regret all the hard work and self discipline you put in.

Just go to the mirror every single day and look at yourself and say “I will be successful.” “I will inspire others” “I will never quit.” You’d be surprised on how much this can actually help you, it helps me every single day. -
