I put on about 20lbs since then! I never used protein powder or any other fitness supplement to gain muscle either. It isn't really necessary and just costs you money. .

This one is special to me because I've known Matty a long time and it hurt to see him struggling so much to begin with but now it gives me great pleasure to be part of his wicked transformation.

🔥 Its so important to switch up your routines to keep your body guessing so it doesn't have time to adapt to your workout.

▶️ Here is how to perform this exercise:
-
1️⃣ To begin, select the appropriate seat height and weight. Take hold of the handles and sit on the seat with your chest up against the chest pad.
-
2️⃣ Slowly contract the back muscles, pulling the handles towards the chest. Ensure you maintain good spinal posture with feet flat on the floor for the entire movement. -
3️⃣ Slowly extend the elbows to return to the start position.
