Right then today’s intake. Doing an upper body workout in an hour. Unfortunately relegated to the garage tonight - can’t make the gym but not a bad emergency back up.... I am trying to lose body fat and tone up my muscle my BMR is about 2140 so currently targeting 1900 cals and 40%P, 40%C, 20%F. Not going to lose any sleep weighing in at 1916 cals.... 170g Tricolore Fusilli (can decrease if you want less carbs - I couldn’t stomach any more )
1/4 Red Pepper , 1/4 red onion, a small amount of tomato purée, garlic purée (made up to a sauce with water) and covered in hot chilli flakes 🔥
760 cals, 80g Protein, 6.5g Fat, 89g Carbs

Okay I know this isn’t the best snack but it’s one of my favorites! Chex Mix, a cheese stick, water, and a Diet Coke! (Again I know this isn’t the best and I’m working on cutting back on my Diet Coke in-take.) BUT I cant help it. I love Diet Coke so much.🤣

Random- but I have “dumping syndrome” so I’m always hungry and I’m always looking for new snacks!🙌🏽 Also for those of you that don’t know what dumping syndrome is, it’s basically a very active stoma. Meaning food moves from my stomach to my stoma very quickly. So I’m always having to empty my bag. Which makes hungry 24/7 and it also makes it very hard to gain weight.
I know that part was random but i thought i would share that info with you guys. Because not a lot of people know what dumping syndrome is. Also if I’m wrong please feel free to correct me. But this how my doctors have describe my over active stoma. I hope this helps and gave you some info about dumping syndrome and gave you some ideas for snacks.❤️
