Some times I can't believe how lucky we are! Mother nature 🏞given us a perfect spot where perform every kind of jump, wing-suit, track-suit, aerials, fun jumps, to land after in a grass landing area 
and take a fresh drink in few steps @bar_parete_zebrata

Came in 1st, breaking my own c&j state record & now hold the total record too. Essa semana trabalhei como arbitra no campeonato brasileiro de levantamento de peso. Tive a honra de presenciar essa mesa feminina durante a categoria até 81kg masculina. Podendo trabalhar com grandes nomes do esporte, como a @lilicapeso (no centro) e a primeira atleta brasileira mulher a participar de um olimpíada pelo levantamento de peso, a esquerda, Maria Elizabete Jorge (a Bete dos pesos) 🙌🙌🙌 !! Sleep deprivation is becoming an increasingly common issue throughout society, especially within developed nations. We need this to change. Sleep plays a major role in how our bodies function on a day-to-day basis. A lack of sleep can lead to:
🔹️A decrease in attention spans
🔹️Judgement areas of the brain becoming impaired 🔹️Problems consolidating memories and, therefore, learning new things
🔹️Disturbed hormone regulation 🔹️Increased inflammation
🔹️Decreased immune system function
🔹️Burnout ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
People often overlook sleep, but it could be a deciding factor in how the body and mind performs in comparison to others. I would say that it is more important than exercise and nutrition. If you want to improve the quality of your sleep in the long run, it is essential to keep a consistent bedtime and wake time in order to keep your body's circadian rhythm stable. Obviously, this may not be possible at all times, but it is something you should aim for. Before you set a bedtime and wake time though, find out how much sleep you actually need because everyone is different. Don't set an alarm clock or intake any caffeine 10 hours before bedtime and see how your body responds. Do this for at least a week. Also, make sure that you go to sleep no later than 11PM. And one final thing, if you want to start sleeping better, keep the bedroom technology free! 😉 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

A lack of sleep can lead to: 🔹️A decrease in attention spans 🔹️Judgement areas of the brain becoming impaired 🔹️Problems consolidating memories and, therefore, learning new things 🔹️Disturbed hormone regulation 🔹️Increased inflammation 🔹️Decreased immune system function 🔹️Burnout ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- People often overlook sleep, but it could be a deciding factor in how the body and mind performs in comparison to others. I would say that it is more important than exercise and nutrition. If you want to improve the quality of your sleep in the long run, it is essential to keep a consistent bedtime and wake time in order to keep your body's circadian rhythm stable. Obviously, this may not be possible at all times, but it is something you should aim for. Before you set a bedtime and wake time though, find out how much sleep you actually need because everyone is different. Don't set an alarm clock or intake any caffeine 10 hours before bedtime and see how your body responds. Do this for at least a week. Also, make sure that you go to sleep no later than 11PM. Back chasing my goals... hips too high, pulling too high, not fast enough under the bar 🙄 I alway video myself when I feel I’m not moving efficiently. I’m lucky I can coach myself to a degree and try and work on my technique in my own time. My main goal with my Snatch is to move well under pressure during a work out and to cycle the bar quickly while maintaining most of my technique. Adding intensity to any movement means my form/technique will break down to a degree but that’s okay with me!
