I have this “perfection” syndrome at times. ⠀
It’s f*cking annoying. ⠀
I think I have to feel good 24/7 or something is wrong. I’m doing it wrong. It’s this overwhelming downward spiral of feeling chaotic. ⠀
You know what I don’t have to be “perfect”. I don’t have to feel good all of the time. ⠀
Little reminders like this help me bring into awareness that it’s okay to not feel good sometimes. It’s okay to not always have my sh*t together. It’s okay to be annoyed. It’s okay to be frustrated. ⠀
I am loved even if I’m being a little bratty. ⠀
You are too. ❤️

✈️Real talk: I was scared out of my mind the first time I traveled by myself. Every possible what-if ran through my mind:
🙍🏾“Is traveling solo safe”
😣“How will I make friends”
💰“What If I ran out of money”
And I’m sure those “what-ifs are what’s getting in the way of you booking that flight and finally jet-setting off into your best life. You see, they sure as heck got in my way—that is, until I figured out all the little-known secrets on how to travel like a boss on a budget.
😱Now that I’ve figured this thing out, I want to reveal to you every traveling secret I know—booking flights for the low, securing hotels with zero deposits, how to get the most from a tiny budget, and so much more.
The thing is this: As a solo traveling vet who has visited over 14 countries, I want you to know it’s possible to:
Push past your fears and go from vision boards to living the vision with passport stamps and mind-blowing adventures
So if you’re ready to explore the world and finally silence your self-talk that says traveling solo is too scary, don’t be afraid ! ➡️Click the link bio or visit www.notesfromatravelnomad.com to purchase your Travelers Bag eBook & reserve your spot in the Traveler’s Bag Course Today!
