#Day3 of #100daysofmakeup
Half skull, half glam 💀✨
- swipe right to see my last attempt back in 2016! I wasn’t sure if I would be able to do as good as the first time I tried it because it’s been 2 years but I actually favour my second attempt so much more seeing it side by side 😍👌🏼

Day 19 of 31 - Michael Myers from Halloween 🎃🔪
I based this makeup / mask off of the new film concept! I absolutely loved the movie and highly recommend you go see it if you haven’t already. They did an amazing job of continuing the story from the original, and I love all the little easter eggs they have throughout the film as well. All and all, GO SEE HALLOWEEN!

I’ve been asked a few times how I make my molds, so here is a quick little step by step...... Step 1: you will need plaster strips, a bowl of water (room temp), Vaseline, a bald cap ( if you don’t have one you can use plastic wrap or a plastic bag)
Step2: pull your hair back with the bald cap and secure as tight as possible. Then you want to put the Vaseline all over your face focusing on your hairy areas, eyebrows and sideburns. This will make sure you don’t pull any hair out during the removal process.
Step 3: cut the plaster into strips of not already.
Step 4: dip the strip into the water and squeeze out any excess water, and place all over your face. (Make sure to not cover your nose holes or your eyes, you will cover once it’s taken off your face)
Step 5: plaster strips should dry within 20 mins. Once it’s harden you can start wiggling your face and moving your mouth to loose up. Once loose then you can slowly pull off.
Step 5: once removed hold up in light and see if you can see throw any places, if you can take more plaster strips and cover those spots. At this time you can also cover up the eye and nose areas. Let dry..... Once dried now onto mixing your powdered plaster.
Step 6: place mold into a dish or box to be held. You will be mixing 2 parts plaster and 1 part water. You will continue this process till mold is filled to where you want it. *** before pouring plaster into mold make sure to lubricate mold so when you go to take off plaster it will come off easier and you won’t break your mold or loose any detailed work.
Once mold is filled let sit and dry over night. I will post a removal video tomorrow :) #spfx #athomemoldbuikding #makeup #spfxmakeup
