Ce que je vois ici sont quatre personnes essayant de faire revivre ce concept ancestral de philosophe guerrier. Une espèce de gens qui a disparu au profit de ceux qui ne se définissent que par la possession matériel, par lego, déconnecté du corps et du cœur, peureux, envieux, jaloux, faible d’esprit...
Voici ce que la pratique des arts martiaux m’aident à devenir : un homme complet, qui unit corps, cœur et esprit, qui vit selon des principes, qui est discipliné, sans peur, qui vit en harmonie avec la nature et les autres hommes, qui n’est qu’amour, qui est pure de cœur et d’esprit.
Une philosophie de vie d'unité et d'égalité qui cherche toujours les mystères de la vie et de la mort, du ciel et de la terre.

When we do not understand and are not knowledgeable about how we blend with our empathic nature it can lead to complications for us in life
Stress depression anxiety panic attacks fibromyalgia me cfs all are linked to emotional pain and suffering and storing emotion in the body can feel painful
When we are empathic we absorb and play out other people’s pain emotion and thoughts . When this is misunderstood and when you have lack of knowledge of being an empath you can find yourself with a new ache pain feeling or thought from moment to moment in your day and this can be overwhelming and pretty draining and you can genuinely think you have all these aliments, but they can be others
When you realise your empathic you can discover how to protect yourself from others feelings thoughts behaviours , you can ask , are they my thoughts feelings or behaviours and you can ask for your true feelings thoughts and behaviours to be revealed , this gives you a good indication of what is your reality and if it is another’s reality
It is not our job or duty to bear the pain of another’s soul it is not , we can empathise but we are not here to feel someone’s pain thoughts and feelings 24 7 , that is not in your souls contract , it is not , it is not your duty to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders
To feel sad for someone is one thing but to live out others pain and thoughts day in day out it is not , many people who do not know about being empathic can play out others sadness loss grief and pain for a very long time , forever if they do not know they are empathic
