Here is a warm-up set for squat. I add a pause at the bottom to feel comfortable at max depth and the band is activating my glutes to stabilize through that full range of motion.

Do it as a leg day finisher, you will not(maybe) regret it😅. Sissy squats are not bad for your knees, you should know your body very well then anybody else if you have knee issues or overweight then stay away but if your legs muscles are strong enough then its completely safe to do it.

Today I did something that scared the 💩 out of me.
I put 225 lbs on my shoulders and nearly let it drill me into the ground. But hey, I WON.

Six months ago I could’ve never done this. Even six weeks ago I was still struggling to squat 185. But that’s what happens when you consistently push yourself to make progress. Little by little, with a focused and well-balanced program, you can achieve your fitness goals!
