5,5,5+ sumo deadlift
6x8 stiff leg deadlift
3x8 low bar box squats
3x8 front squats
These really focus the quads and make you focus on keeping a tight upright torso. If you relax the angle of your shoulders it makes everything harder.

2️⃣Bulgarian split squat (3x10). 15 Frog plumps between rest period🐸
3️⃣Rope pull through (2x15)
4️⃣Hip ab&adduction (3x10). 15 Curtsy lunge between rest period
5️⃣Stair master killer, do each exercise for 30 seconds 3 times
