Thoughts and prayers to those affected by the massive California fires. Below is a shot from the Pacific Coast Highway running through beautiful Malibu, CA 🙌
This too shall pass
Already at the tail of autumn. Enjoy the foilage while you can!
It's been one of those days where my brain fog hasn't lifted. All I want is sea spray, salt air, and waves crashing so hard. It reminds me to make more moments for mental care.
I like this hat because it reminds me of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. I think I need to watch those movies again. He may or may not have been the reason I became an explorer! 😂 Dr. Jones! Dr. Jones! 🐍🌋💎

I have a lot of feelings about the trees in the Pacific Northwest. 🍃

I was fighting back severe headaches and dehydration while photographing Mount Pumori from the small settlement of Gorakshep that sits just below 17,000ft. Every part of my body refused to cooperate but thankfully the sunrise gave me the boost of adrenaline I needed to crawl out of my sleeping bag and shoot. A moment I’m sure every photographer can relate to
Alaska left me entirely speechless 🏔

Lucky to have crossed paths with this stray pup, who found us deep in the mountains and kept us company, hiking peak to peak for three days just to be around people.

I came to @anzanatitlan for its lakeside position & stunning interiors & garden-to-table cuisine, but mostly - if I’m being honest - for this here bathtub.
There’s something magical in that first moment of sinking into a hot bath: you settle in, your muscles soften & that sweet sigh of contentment escapes your lips, taking your worries with it...
At home I add rose petals or lavender oil or epsom salts, frequently accompanied by piano music & always by candles, but here I discovered the delight of a pared-back bath, nothing but me & the spectacular view across to Volcán San Pedro

Shintosin Pedestrian Bridge.
The perfect colors in a sunset last only a few moments, but that doesn't have to stop you from enjoying every other part of it. I think that applies well to life.

Who all enjoys that slow-living type of travel My adventures in new places usually entail me being on the go 90% of the time but on our second day in Seattle, I really took a moment to relax and bask in what it would feel like to live in a place like this. I snagged the day’s issue of The Seattle Times and a cinnamon crusted doughnut from the Pike Place Market before nestling myself up in a cozy corner of Waterfront Park next to Seattle’s Great Wheel, the tallest ferris wheel on the west coast.
I’ve just published a new post about my time spent in Seattle, titled “The Best of Seattle in a Weekend.” Check the link in my bio for a read!
Winter is coming..
It’s beginning to feel a lot like fuck this 🎼
