What most people get wrong about meditation
When you think of meditating, you probably see an image of someone sitting cross legged on the floor with their hands in a weird shape on their knees
⭐️ And that type of mediation is amazing; but it’s not the only one
⭐️ There are INFINATE ways of meditating because all meditation is, is a highly focussed state where the chatter of your mind is quiet

I know I know, we all have things to do, places to go, etc. there’s no time to take a break and rest. If you can’t afford to do a whole day, do at least few hours a week where you just relax and enjoy yourself and the present moment. I’ll even prevent you from getting sick, yes that’s right. Serve yourself high amounts of stress for a long time and you get high blood pressure, your heart and digestive system is acting up, your mental and physical health goes down, I mean you name it. Been there, done that, not fun. Simply said it weakens your immune system BIG TIME, and we all know - weak immune system equals illness. Those of you who’ve been stressed out for a long period of time know what I’m talking about.
Usually we get a gentle whisper from within: slow down baby, take a deep breath, get some water, rest your eyes, go for a walk, etc. but we don’t have time - or at least that’s what we’re telling ourselves.
Guess what, if you won’t make that choice on your own your body will do that for you. Once you reach a certain level of exhaustion and you’re not reacting to your soul’s and your body’s messages they’re going to sit your behind down without a question. Your physical body has a certain point you can reach, once you cross that you get sick. This is your body telling you: I told you to relax and slow down but you didn’t listen, I’m taking over before something tragic happens.
Do your best to give your body as much nourishment and loving care as it needs, to be on its best. It will love you back. Remember, you deserve the best at all times, you’re worth it and enough.

On a healthy person without any adrenal fatigue, you get a nice surge of cortisol in the morning to wake you up. That’s how many of us having been asleep for the last 6 to 8 hours naturally wake up in the morning, you can thank cortisol for that. You get another surge in the afternoon and then it starts to decrease dramatically at night so that you can wind down and go to sleep.
Now how many of you wake up feeling groggy and not feeling like you want to get up or go to work today. This feeling of tiredness in the morning is due to insufficient cortisol production. Instead of having the cortisol surge, which wakes you up with joy and vigor in the morning, you feel tired or exhausted like the sleep didn’t refresh you.
