Naja genau das war es ja nicht. Es geht um Haltung, also wie stehe ich gerade. Und unsere Haltung wird erstmal durch die Schwerkraft geformt. Aber....
Im Laufe der Jahre gewöhnen wir uns an, manche Muskeln mehr anzuspannen oder nicht mehr zu lockern. Form follows funktion, Faszien und Bänder passen sich an. Wir stehen nun nicht mehr ganz gerade. Ganz schlimm bei Schreibtischtätern. Kopf geht nach vorne.
Und. Und. Und.
Aber hieraus entstehen nun kronische bzw. immer wiederkehrende Schmerzen. Egal wo, Knie, Kopf, Hüfte oder Rücken.
Allgemeinmedizinisch egal, kann man nichts machen, neues Knie, dann ist es wieder gut.
Oft weit gefehlt, danach kann es noch schlimmer sein.
Alternativmedizinisch, egal ob Faszientherapeut, Osteopath oder irgend ein Therapeut. Solche Probleme können schon in ein paar Sitzungen gelöst werden. Ohne OP.

Made it to the gym today. I really try to celebrate and be grateful for what I can do right now. 
I can walk, I can take deep breaths, I can lift some weight and make my arms strong, and stretching it out is always good.
I'm wanting to go forward and not set myself back with hurting myself more. Sure it may take longer to get that sweat going but at least I keep on moving.

It’s not uncommon to experience numbness and a tingling sensation in the arm, hand and fingers when the pectoralis minor muscles are constricted, symptoms which closely mimic carpal tunnel. This is due to the fact that the brachial nerves and major vessels traverse under the pectoralis minor. Pain in the upper back and the rhomboid region also is caused by tight pectoralis minor muscles. 
Massage can help relax and loosen pectoral tightness to relieve pain and correct postural alignment.
