Monster BUTT & HAMSTRINGS TRX workout lol😼👹🍑 Added this to my leg routine as a final burner (to sweat some more like a cardio) but guys I am in love with the TRX because you can literally have so much fun creating new exercises with it🤗 On the final clip i talked about how the TRX can be beneficial to your resistance training routine. I hate working out in shorts.

I look down and see my legs jiggling. It distracts me from my workout. Yes I am working out for my own happiness and wellness...not to have Carrie Underwood legs. But...I have always been the most self conscious about my legs (thanks hockey player dad for giving me the big legs). And as much as I am trying to love my body, loving those legs is still something I struggle with. 
But lifting heavy weights on leg day makes me feel strong. It reminds me that my legs are muscular (again, thanks Dad). Maybe they jiggle, but they can also hoist some heavy weights. Leg day for me is not about punishing my legs. It actually helps change my mindset about my legs. And it helps me to learn to love my body.
(And also Lululemon leggings are great cause they help me just ignore the jiggle). Yesterday was cardio day. And all I had was shorts. So I went with it. And tried to remind myself that my legs are strong. I reminded myself of how heavy I lifted and how far I have come. And I also said “fudge” a lot because cardio hard but my mom raised me to not say bad words.

Posting these because I want all females to learn to love their bodies!! ❤️ #nofilters This morning I was told by a man that I was looking”PUDGY”!! WTF!! I honestly didn’t care what he had to say because what I love most about myself, is I have learned to love my body through all stages- it has taken me years and no one is going to take that away!! I absolutely fucking love what my body is capable of doing! 🖤 Why as women are we suppose to uphold a certain look!?! What gives a man the right to call a female pudgy or to judge how a women is suppose to look!?! The one thing I value the most when I help other females with their nutrition, is helping them learn to love their bodies. My goal this winter was to put on some weight- I can not help where I hold extra weight. Who fucking cares!! Ladies....YOU DO YOU!! This is my journey and I am right where I want to be. Abs certainly do not define me and to have strong legs and a butt- you gots to eat!!! 🙃 I could have taken photos first thing in the morning or even after a water load to show some abs, but these photos were taken after eating three meals and drinking lots of water- I like to keep it real!! I found that adding a day where I do whatever my heart desires has really helped me throughout my journey.

I just threw a bunch of exercises together to target all areas some from @toneandsculptapp others are just ones I wanted to try or enjoy. (Sorry I don’t think I’ll ever look cute working out 😂😂)
