Powerlifting and coming up to 1 year now.

I love that the focus is on bettering yourself each and every session, it’s empowering to pick up a weight you thought you could never of lifted before.

Bench press 😍

Winning the WRPF nationals this year in my weight class and breaking a bench press national record.

I coach other girls to become strong 💪🏽
