3 sets x 10 reps (lat pull down + pull in = 1 rep)
2️⃣ over hand bent over row
3 sets x 8-10 reps
3️⃣ standing V handle pull down

Food for thought: Abs aren’t likely to make you happy if you’re not happy already.
Happiness is an internal battle rather than an external one. More to follow on this.
But if you’re thinking of ‘toning up’ let’s talk through the process.
There’s two stages to seeing stomach definition.
1. Build muscle
2. Lose body fat
Fat doesn’t turn into muscle. Body fat and muscle co-exist like layers of a trifle.
Everyone has a six pack. You’ve just got to chip away at the layers of custard to see the jelly underneath.
There are so many more efficient ways of losing body fat than spending 10 minutes of your hour at the gym doing crunches and V’sits. If your body fat percentage is already low then go for it.
But what if you’re hitting those two goals
Here’s the caveat: There are even more external factors to seeing a defined stomach.
External factors such as: - hormones and genetics
- sodium intake
- carb and water intake
can all affect the definition around your hips and stomach even when you’re losing body fat and gaining muscle.
Is it worth cutting out that final 10 percent of calories from weekend beer, a takeaway or a Dairy Milk.
If you think so, you’ll get a lot closer to your goal!
If you don’t think it’s worth it, then that’s fine too. Just understand that 200 crunches a day won’t be enough if your nutrition isn’t on point.
