I’ve reached my limit! I’ve scheduled too many things these past 2 weeks and I can’t keep up. I’m taking a course which has turned out to be a CRAPLOAD of work. I’ve been planning for special events and trips. I’ve tried to make time for my son. I’ve had a couple of days at work. One thing I tried not to compromise is time for myself. My time to exercise and release the stress. It makes me a better person so I can cope with the overload I’m experiencing. Along with my dream of hitting the stage I also have some short term goals. At the beginning of the year, I couldn't do a single #pullup. So in Feb/March or so I bought a home pullup bar and started practicing negatives. Then I started doing 35 assisted pullups after every workout. Then I started killing every #backworkout.

The result is I just did my first unassisted #chinup a few weeks back! I am now up to 4 (yay!!!😃) and attempted 5 but it was a no-go (first vid). Now I really was shooting for a wide grip pullup as the true goal and in the last few days realized I could do TWO "wide-ish" pullups (second vid). 🤗🤗🤗 I believe that is #progress and that #back is coming along. I challenge myself to get to 10 wide grip pullups, to bench 135 once, to do 50 pushups straight (up to 35) and break into the 120s by the end of the year!!!!!! #goals #goalchaser #dreaming #destined #futurefigure #sundaywork #sundayworkout #girlswholift #liftandrun #progress #persevere #myownspees #beabeast #winner #bodybuilding

What a Sunday! It was hammie hell today but you bet I got my #265 sumo DL PR back today! Thank you pyramid workout! Worked my chest in between DL then tried not to die doing cardio! . 🏋🏻‍♀️ .
Was welcomed home to a home cooked and mostly home grown, ( mangos don’t grow here) low carb friendly meal thanks to my handsome hoppy hubby! Our Garden is reaching its peak for veggies and hops sadly its almost time to harvest it all, the end of summer is near😢 Im sure going to miss the fresh broccoli, lettuce, corn, cucumbers, squash and tomatoes he gas worked so hard to grow this year! Not to mention everything else that there’s no emojis for! Time for a larger greenhouse and grow op maybe? .

What a Sunday! It was hammie hell today but you bet I got my #265 sumo DL PR back today! Thank you pyramid workout! Worked my chest in between DL then tried not to die doing cardio! . 🏋🏻‍♀️ . Happy Sunday friends! I admit, after a belated celebration last night, I had more desire to listen to drunk singers on karaoke buses, than to be even in a remote vicinity of a gym. A friend convinced me though to go have some fun and fool around a bit and we ended up having a rejuvenating super fun workout sesh. I don't have motivation on a daily my friends, but as long as I keep having a good time, I'll keep working! Anyways, what I am trying to say is ... HAMBURGERS !

Great day checked the trail cam with the family so a big hike an we found another skull that was ran over by the 4 wheeler but I pieced it back together the best I could it was a little button buck! 100 jump ropes (my jump rope broke in the middle of my workout so I was down a handle 🙈) Do this as many times as possible for 20-30min. Guaranteed sweat 😓

- Put baby down for nap ➡️ 11:00am
- Prepare lunch for everybody ➡️ 11:15am
- Breathe ➡️ No time for that of course...

But today... I put my pjs on after my shower and went to bed again 😅. Oh SUNDAY! ☀️ Have a good one!!
