BREAKING NEWS!! Texan Joe Shaffer (@joejoeshaffer) has been added to this Sunday’s Show @theworldbar! After being bitten by a radioactive microphone, Joe discovered that he had the proportionate strength and speed of a stand up comedian. He has performed at clubs and festivals such as Woodford Folk Festival, Laugh Your Pants Off Gala, on ABC Radio, and numerous other venues worldwide.
Joe regularly hosts and headlines shows across Australia, as well as being a current and former cartoonist, improviser, sketch performer, and terrible musician. He currently lives in Melbourne, where he eats dumplings and complains about rain.

Secret Sunday Circuits 💪😈
Now, every other 2nd Sunday when I'm not doing 'Sundays with Simmo' I'm going to put together these mini Tough Mudder style Circuits utilising the awesome outdoors of Coolum Beach!
👉 Again 6am starts.
👉 There will be a Group FB page for those keen to join, and like the secret parties you've seen in movies, where you only get a text to know where, I'll only post the location early on the morning of each circuit day, so you'll just have to turn up to find out what challenging circuit is in store.. 😯🤮😈
👉 NOW, just like Sundays with Simmo, these will be FREE! for current SSPT clients and just $5 for outsiders.
👉 Again they are aimed at non-beginners. Probably more so those who fancy themselves a little hardcore 🤨
👉 Will also be anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hour.

As I'm not playing football this year, I need to keep up my own fitness, so starting this week, 1 of my 2 new additions to SSPT will be 'Come train with Me' sessions every 2nd Sunday.
👉 6am starts.
👉 Workouts will be anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hour.
Do what I do and see if you can keep up 😑
☕ After, feel free to come join myself & whoever for a coffee to cap off the morning with a little social hang.
👉 NOW, it's FREE for any CURRENT SSPT clients, or just $5 for outsiders 😏
👉 These won't be like normal sessions, as I'll be doing them too, so I won't be able to stop, watch & fix technique as much as I usually do. So they're aimed at non-beginners who already do some sort of fitness.
😎 Still, anyone's welcome to come try keep up..
🤘 It's my way of getting together a group of fitness friends who want that little extra something to charge up their weekend 🤙

Happy Saturday Tribe! [Read below] Breakfast today was yummers. Avocado toast on multigrain bread (cherry tomatoes, radishes and watercress) with egg whites on the side. You may be wondering why egg whites and not the sunny side eggs that is usually thrown on top of most avo-toasts... 🥑 is a healthy fat and so are yolks. They both have health benefits and major nutrients that are essential for us, but too much of it isn’t good especially if you are planning on having other variations of healthy fats for other meals later that day. I choose to balance out my meals throughout the day. This meal is a perfect idea for breakfast. It will satisfy you for hours, will energize you, provides you with great amount of fiber for a healthy digestive system, and of course, it “feeds” the 💪🏽. Food is medicine. I’ll continue giving you guys tons of ideas to keep you healthy, looking amazing, and performing your best. This is what is going to fuel me today here in Dallas for our workout with and .

Every season must come to an end and I’m so bummed our time is up. I had such a blast with some great people this year. Hockey isn’t easy and I have a newfound respect for anyone that plays. It’s physical, it’s mental and it’s hard AF. It’s so much more than just having fun. It’s about challenging yourself to be better than you were the previous week. It’s skating a little faster, getting a little lower, making your strides longer and building endurance and stamina. It’s encouraging your teammates and cheering for them on and off the bench. It’s getting excited for them when they score their first goal ever!! It’s about learning to trust your body, your instincts and that if you believe in yourself, then YES you can accomplish things that you never thought you were capable of doing. Maybe it’s even about making your grandfather proud and keeping his spirit alive. If it’s one thing I’ll take away this season, it’s that you’re never to old to try something new. You can’t be afraid to fall or fail because that’s where you learn the most about yourself and that’s where you get stronger. And of course we couldn’t have done any of this without Coach @wjharriso and Coach Romo !
